Purchased a CRKT XOLTOL fixed bladed knife from K&T and I was totally satisfied with the purchase.
The service from K&T was fast and expeditious and the ordered item was delivered by courier within 48 hours of making the order.
That in my opinion was great service.

I have bought two knives from Knives and Tools. The website gives good relevant information, important when choosing a suitable knife. Knives were despatched promptly although delivery to UK took about a week to arrive.

The order wasn't properly boxed leading to damage, and the follow up communication and end solution were complete rubbish. Avoid ordering from here unless it is much cheaper than competitors and you are willing to take a risk.

the people i talked with were professionals. the item arrived fast and was as described. the price was very good and the choice of items big.

I didn't want to have to write this but feel like it may be the only way I will get a response.

I ordered a £170 knife from this business. It arrived with a crack all the way through it. I have sent 4 emails to them, called them, sent Instagram messages and a Tiktok comment begging for a response.

Their returns policy, on their website, is saying I will be out of pocket returning it even though they sent me a faulty item. I should not be out of pocket for a mistake they have made. This was supposed to be a gift for my husband, a man that works so hard and rarely asks for a thing. He really wanted this particular knife.

I am absolutely disgusted with the poor customer service from this business. As a business owner myself, I have never once sent out a faulty item or ignored a customer with any queries.

Good range of products. Swift despatch. On this occasion my order was routed to the wrong destination but issue was quickly identified and corrected. Delivery took a couple of days longer as a result but not really the vendors fault.

Ordered a knife, received a knife. Delivery time was good, there were no issues.

Delivery address doesn't have enough length to put all info, that's why initially my package wan't delivered. But quick communication fixed everything. Process was smooth and easy.
