I bought a multi-tool from them not long ago, it works well but I still wonder if it was worth the 200 euro price tag to be honest

Their products are available at affordable prices, and shipping costs within European Union are significantly lower compared to other retailers. I recently purchased two Wüsthof 20 cm chef's knives from them, which were 15% less expensive than if I had bought them from local online stores.

Their customer service is exceptional. I encountered an issue with one of my orders, but the company went above and beyond to resolve it, and I am grateful for their prompt and efficient assistance.

As far as I know, Knives and Tools is the premier distribtor of knives and knife accesories in the European Union! They provide excellent service, their products always arrive on time, and their staff is friendly and knowlegdeable. I appreciate their marketing efforts, as I have some experience in this field.

I buy quite a few knives from here and there's been no problem but I recently bought a case knife which was a lot worse than they normally are so wanted to return it and get a replacement after about four emails from me and no reply they replied and asked for pictures so I sent pictures they said they would replace it but it's a lot of hassle so they sent me emails and return tickets to download and print out myself which I cannot do got very confusing so I'm just going to keep the knife it was over 100 pound so not happy and will not be using them again

It's fine if you don't have a problem.
But when there is a problem.... well, I cant find the reclamation form, I can't put my opinion about the product I bought.
I have just received a damaged Hultafors Spaltaxt KLY 7-0.9 SV, 840581. Where is a link or a form for reclamation, or at least an e-mail address for customer service?

Nonexistent customer service !
I placed my order on 02-Jun-2020. 3 weeks have passed and the order has not been sent yet. I have sent them 3 mails already asking for the status of my order and I have not got any reply yet.
