Delivered on a timely basis. The dresses are beautiful. The fit is nice.

I love the blouse. The colors were beautiful and the fit was perfect. Delivery was a little long, but worth the wait.

I ordered a beautiful PICTURED BLOUSE (Style #1513763) March 3, 2026 and received a painted copy of it on March 25th (3 weeks). The picture on their Facebook/Website shows an elegant 3 dimensional design (ex gold sewed on type roping); But the design is all Flat (Painted). This SHOULD BE STATED IN THE BLOUSE DESCRIPTION!!!. I am glad that I Paid $44. Instead of the posted $72., but just a little disappointed in receiving a painted on flat design 😕. Also delivery took much longer than stated (made and mailed within the US)

I do like the jumper but thought it a bit expensive.

Dress is lovely delivered on time but wish I ordered a bigger size x

lots of information on the web stating its not a real site and not to order. So this later, after my order, but it came and was what I ordered. They never did respond when I asked and reached to question the order.

Love this top! I usually wear a size M and that’s what I ordered and it fits great. Very comfortable and the material is very soft.

This company, Klynu, misrepresents its return policy on its website. On their home page, they promote in large banner letters ” free 30 day returns’. On the basis of this I ordered two blouses in two different sizes to make sure that one would work. They were both too small.

Unfortunately, I had not read the returns policy because that would have immediately raised red flags. They require you to get a return authorization and mail the items to them through the post office. They say nothing about reimbursing you for the postage. But this does not matter because in fact, neither the banner headline nor the policy statement are true, They responded to my request for a return authorization by offering me US$15 compensation for an $80 purchase, and I keep the items. I initially held out for full return but eventually settled for $40 in compensation. At this point in our correspondence, they wrote this rather shocking piece of information. I quote:

“Sorry, US$40 is our best offer as compensation, could you accept it? Our return address is in Dubai. It’s not worth it.”

Their return policy is ‘no returns’ In reality.

This is a shame. The withholding of information and the lack of honesty in their website descriptions make purchasing their attractive products a no-go for me and should stand as a warning for any buyer.

Lovely dress

Klynu is the worst experience I ever had when shopping online. After waiting almost two months for the shipment and several mails to the company I received one mail telling me there is nothing they can do about. It’s the shipping company’s fault. They never forwarded me the name of the shipping company. I demanded my money back but they wouldn’t reimburse me.

I placed my order on March 23rd and I paid 15 dollars for the shipping I need the dress for a wedding and I didn’t get my dress yet

Delivery person did not ring doorbell or indicate that he had delivered package! (He could have left it in the mailbox - I am a senior & in winter it is hard to pick up anything from the ground...)
