I order shoes back in September and still haven't received them. I messaged them one time they message right back and now won't even respond. I'm getting pissed and will be taking it to the next level of action. It's been almost 7-8 weeks since I placed my order .they said it will be here Oct 17th and still hadn't received anything.

Ordered clothes in September 2021, Never received the order and when I emailed, no reply.

Horrible! Tried to reach them about a return and no phone. Emails and fb messages were ignored.

Do not use this shopping site!

Bad quality and not what was expected based on photo.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dress in September, promised it would be delivered 10/11, it is now 11/2 and I have yet to receive it! They will not answer emails and keep your money without issuing a credit! They sent a bogus tracking number and will not return emails either! SCAM!

Ordered a size M and I felt like it was a size XS. Not what I was expecting and the sleeves were very short. Also the actual tag on the inside says 2X so I was a little confused.

The item I received was not as pictured. It was super small, poor quality and not even the same design that I selected. I reached out to request a return three days ago and haven’t received a response. Mistakes happen but I would expect better service.

i don’t remember the exact date mine was supposed to be here but i picked the week long shipping and still haven’t received my order! idk if it’s a scam🤷🏼‍♀️

The tracking number doesn’t work; it doesn’t show where your items are. I’ve emailed them asking for an ETA on my order and I did not get a response. It’s been almost a month since they told me it’s on the way but they say they are in Florida. I really hope they did not just take my money and run. I will file a Better Business Bureau complaint to get my money back if I do not get my order.

I wanna return. I have not gotten an email back saying i can yet. waste of money

Badly made and I cannot get a response to refund or exchange

Sizes run small. Return policy is too difficult to navigate. Clothing quality is unimpressive. Will never buy from this company ever again.

Charged me twice on my card n did not respond when I emailed them.. sent me a second pair of the same shoe… tried to contact them to return n refund that pair but no response from the website… horrible customer service n shoes r not great either. Plz be careful when u give ire card information

The last purchase was a beautiful wrap around dress which was sent to my granddaughter in Australia. She loved it but unfortunately cannot wear it because there was no slit to put the wrap cord through to secure the dress. She does not know how to fix this problem. If I was there I could help her fix it but I’m not so it’s just a waste of my money. Any help with this problem would be appreciated. She loves all the things I’ve purchased from your online shop and I would like to continue shopping with you but this was a disappointment.
Please help me with this problem. Returning is not an option due to high cost of postage and 2 months in transit!

One day later: I am amending my review from one star to 5 stars. I owe Klozestyle an apology. This evening I FaceTimed my granddaughter and she tried on the dress and exclaimed “there is a slit at the waist after all Grammy!” Customer Service had emailed me and offered free return shipping to make things right and they were so professional and helpful. Please accept my apologies for this oversight by my 14 year old granddaughter. She now can wear this beautiful dress and loves it. Color is lovely and quality is superb. Thank you for another happy ending on my order.

Not what I expected, totally scammed

Item took forever to arrive and when it did it was the wrong size and made poorly. I've also tried contacting them on numerous occasions and have gotten no response. Waste of money and time.

Wrong sizing, difficulty returning, still no refund.

Absolutely terrible. I reached out twice to try to make a return/exchange with no response. The quality of the clothing is not good and not as advertised.

I ordered a dress in early June for my birthday in July. It never arrived (even still) and I was never able to track my package or have any details of where it is. I emailed klozetstyle about this issue and obviously wanting a refund because I still never received my item, and my birthday came and went already. They responded saying they'd get back to me about it at some point, not prioritizing me at all. Still no response back, still no refund, still no item. Theres no number to call either, only emails that they ignore. I've never written a bad review but this company is certainly deserving

I bought a bra that did not fit. Their policy does state that "intimates' are no returnable-yes,I should have read it more carefully - but it is ridiculous! There is no way to know if it fits until you try it on. And certainly, other online merchants routinely allow bra returns. (Just did one)
