No longer a competent veterinary clinic
This used to be an excellent veterinary clinic in Bruck, Zell am See. Unfortunately under its new ownership the level of service and competence has nose dived.
We recently had to take our little fur baby for an operation which was a terrible experience. The vet assured us of his experience, abilities and the low risk nature of the operation. After the operation was complete we were asked to return after 10 days which we did. Upon returning, one of the assistants seemed shocked at the outcome and tried to imply it happened post operation. When raising our concerns the vet turned up and asked we come back again in 10 days. We queried why and suggested we get a second opinion to which he exclaimed we had to come back to this clinic. Needless to say we did not.
We took our little fur baby to the vet in Leoben who confirmed our worries that the previous operation was amateur and badly done. The vet in Leoben had also heard of other negative comments about the clinic in Bruck, Zell am See.
Thankfully the vet in Leoben was able to redo the operation, correct the previous mistake and within 2 days of the new operation our fur baby is looking and feeling much better. Something that had not happened in 2 weeks with the previous vet.
My advice would be to avoid this veterinary clinic in Bruck, Zell am See at all costs. The vet is incompetent, lazy and has no “bedside” manner. We feel terrible for having to put our little guy through that experience and hope our review will help someone else make an informed decision.
