Awful residue in the filter
The quality is shocking, it leaks the filters are expensive but worst of all it leaves a dreadful residue in the plastic jug

Disappointed…
Disappointed in the quality of the water - it tastes unpleasant. And I've since read a review of Klar products that challenges the advertised fluoride filtration rate. After independent tests the review cited a 25% fluoride removal rate, whereas Klar boasts a 90% fluoride removal rate. Who's telling the truth?

A great water filter
Love this water filter. It’s so easy to use as water goes in through opening in lid & one doesn’t have to fiddle with removing a lid. It filters quite quickly compared to other water filters. Also has a nice rubber ring at the bottom to keep jug in place. “Taste” of the filtered water is so, so nice! Would highly recommend.

Excellent water jug and filter
Excellent water jug and filter, the design allows the water to go through quickly so no long wait. The jug has a handy valve where water can be added on top of the jug so no messing about with a lid. The water tastes beautiful. Would highly recommend. Customer service is excellent.
