My list of charity disbursements was somewhat ignored - not in the total money allocated, but int he names and amounts.
The fact that my tax papers had been so late in sending to HMRC perhaps accounted for their lack of a reminder about the tax due in January.

The staff are always polite and patient. I am in my 70's and not always quick with their requests. They always give me good notice of what they require.

Reliable and honest.
They did what they said they would do, at the exact time they said they would. I found them extremely reliable, helpful, and approachable from start to finish.
