The experience with this tour agency was a nightmare from start to finish.
On 12.08.24 we took a bus with KKKL Express from Penang to Malacca.
The Chinese/Thai lady at the counter was extremely rude, and worst of all, she LIED to us. We took the Penang to Malacca train at 9:30 AM, expecting a direct route as she promised. Instead, we were stuck with multiple unnecessary stops—three in Penang alone after boarding! Two more stops at other stations, and one stop just for the driver to load some personal boxes onto the bus.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, instead of heading directly to Malacca, the bus took a detour to Kuala Lumpur, where we had to endure three more stops—dropping off passengers, a 30-minute break for the driver to eat, and then picking up new passengers. And it didn’t end there. On the way to Malacca, the driver stopped again to deliver those personal boxes to someone else!
The result? We arrived in Malacca three hours late, at 7:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM. The worst part was the blatant lie from the lady who promised a direct trip arriving at 4pmz
To top it off, the bus was filthy, and the USB ports didn’t work. We’ve used Unititi and CS Travel before, and they are miles ahead of this garbage company.
AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COST!
