When I wanted to buy a spa there was an instant response.

Bought our first hot tub from Kiwi spas 10 years ago and having just moved, we now a brand new one! Paul has always been fantastic, trained us up on maintaining the hot tub and on the rare occasion there has been a query he has always popped over to see us. We have recommended Kiwi to friends who have also been delighted. There is no hard sell, just a great quality product that lasts and brilliant after sales service.

I would highly recommend kiwi spas right from the start Paul was so helpful and nothing to much trouble. And believe me I knew nothing about hot tubs so had lots of questions etc.
If your thinking of getting a hot tub def go to kiwi I can’t say enough positive comments about them. Last but not least hot tub worth every penny. It’s so relaxing and definitely helps me unwind and feel fantastic.

After researching on line for hot tubs I found Kiwi Spas to be the best priced. After being a little sceptical we decided ro go with one, and am so pleased we did. What can I say amazing service. Paul was really helpful from the moment we contacted him and had what we wanted in stock. He helped us overcome several challenges with us getting it into our garden and with where to position it. Once all that was sorted it was able to be installed very quick and we have spent many happy hours relaxing in it. I totally recommend Kiwi Spas you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Bought an 18 month old Jacuzzi Hot Tub, tried to get main dealer to help with relocation but didnt get a call back, and was told it was a pig of a job and they were too busy.

Seller recommended Kiwi Spas, Paul came and done a site visit at both addresses, gave us a good price to relocate , which he did quickly and professionally . Our electrician came and done the necessary cables and Paul returned set up tub, gave me clear simple instructions which didnt require an A level Chemistry to understand.

One of the best thing that I did sixteen years ago was to purchase a Kiwi Spas Hot Tub. I use the hot tub every night and being tall it has kept my back in a decent state. I have since used Paul from Kiwi Spas to service my hot tub every year and the tub runs like new.

Paul provides an excellent service and is always on hand should a problem occasionally arise. Recently one of the two pumps had to be replaced and Paul had the tub working properly in a very timely fashion and the cost was very reasonable.

We used Kiwi Spas when we moved into a house with an existing hot tub. Paul was very helpful and advised us what we needed to ensure the hot tub was clean and safe to use. He advised on chemicals and how a regular service will avoid future problems. Very happy to receive a professional service with no hard sell. Highly recommended.
