I signed up on this site (Kitty Coin Sol) about a week ago and was granted 25,000 free tokens in my account. I then made a purchase of 30 million more tokens (via Coinbase Commerce website). There was an error in the transaction and I have tried to contact someone at the website to sort it out. There is NO CONTACT on the website or anywhere else that I could find. Who creates a business with no possibility of contact?
Update: 2 Jan 2022: I tried to contact them at the only contact point I could find (an email address) and it came back as an invalid address. I have tried contacting them on FB but there is no official representation there from the company. There is no phone number anywhere that I can find. They are a ghost. Do not purchase from this website. I am still seeing if something can be sorted out through Coinbase Commerce (through which I did my purchase transaction), so will update if any luck there.
