I love the styles and dresses and they always make you feel so feminine when you out them on.

I also always find no matter which store I purchase something from, the girls in store are always very helpful and "honest" which is something I respect and admire

The staff at QVB are exceptional and the clothing is beautiful quality.

Great customer service

The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic about helping their customers. They encouraged styles I would not otherwise try and they looked amazing on me. They truly have an eye for fashion and know what colours/styles suit who.

I bought the most beautiful, practical and stylish bag that I never knew I needed! My large drink bottle doesn't fit anywhere in my car but the handbag fits my ipad, my drink bottle stays upright and safe and the bag is perfect for day trips, picnics, it has carried birthday presents to parties in style, it has endless uses! I love it. It was perched on a high shelf in the store and the gorgeous staff member was happy to whip out a step ladder and retrieve it. Nothing was too difficult. I'll pop back in to find another treasure for sure!

Bombshell wiggle dress, what a nightmare, I bought dress for my graduation, no stores in WA ordered online dress arrives faulty with flowers falling off, I offered to keep and pay to get fixed if they reimbursed me. That was not allowed, had to send dress back and wait for a replacement that supposedly had multiple staff check it for faults. Dress arrived with the bottom hem about 10cm lopsided then they wanted to give me a store credit as my size was not available for 3rd time lucky… I ended up getting a refund and no dress.

The staff were very helpful in finding the right top. I felt very special. The store itself is very pretty. The purple cowl top I bought is great quality

The clothes are so divine and every woman's dream, the shop is creative and original, and the customer service out of this world! We always have a wonderful conversation with the engaging and sincere staff and leave laughing, uplifted and floating on air!

Kitten D'Amour is worth flight to Australia for the in-store experience alone. Every piece of clothing I've purchased there is a conversation starter and fashion statement, even when layered into an outfit from less artistic retailers.

Visiting Kitten D'Amour is always a treat for me, and every time it does not disappoint. The Beautiful Kittens are always helpful, and the store is aromatically inviting. I have been to two of the kItten D'amour stores many times with my partner over the years and the music is always too loud, you can barely hear people speak and now especially since covid with masks, I wish they would turn the music. Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful through and the stores always look good.
