I have had interesting help. I would log a struggle and will have to follow up 5/6 times before being helped. I have been phoning a few times then the phone will just ring for 15 mins and then put down. I have sent emails as well, but the response time is very slow. Once being helped finally it is great help. I would recommend that you fix your call line especially since the employee has a heavy accent, it is very difficult to hear the person when he called me. I will rate his assistance 10/10 but to get to the point of being helped and technical issues it makes me want to review you with a 2 star. Please fix your response to phone calls, set up a WhatsApp line, and assist your technician with his phone line so it is not so soft and breaking up as you speak.

I am so grateful for this gentleman that assists me each time I am frustrated with my claims, Durga Prasad. He makes sure that all my problems are sorted.
