I love all of my cookware and these pans are no exception! Both pans and their lids were in great condition when they arrived. I have owned them for 2 1/2 months and they still look and perform great on my induction cooktop. I have simmered, sauteed, boiled, and fried foods--even made pancakes in my Everyday pan. My other pots and pans by Nuwave I've had for 2+ years and they are awesome as well. The lids fit great, I especially like the lid for the everyday pan--it has a snug fit with the silicone rim but not so tight that it sticks. This pan has a built-in pour spout on one side. If you line up the straining holes of the lid with the pour spout it will let steam out while you cook. The pan itself is a little heavy so if you try to strain with the lid on it is awkward to hold and you have to brace the lid to the pan to make it work all while not getting hit by the steam and hot liquid! So far, I have used the grill pan for hot dogs and breakfast sausages and it has performed great as well. Both are easy to clean; I always use non-abrasive dish scrubbers. For cooking I always use wood, silicone, or plastic utensils and the cooking surface of all my Nuwave pans still look and function as they should.
