The staff and support at KitKeeper was…
The staff and support at KitKeeper was absolutely delightful and helpful. They were on hand to support all of my needs. However, there was damage to my suitcase which I stored with them (one of the wheels is gone). Other than that, absolutely the best to use. There were no hidden charges and the website was very transparent and user friendly. Big shoutout to Elinor who dealt very patiently with me. Thank you!

Really helpful service
Really helpful service. The company are really quick at answering questions and giving you all the information you need to know. The process of having my things collected from my door and delivered when and where I needed them was seamless and everything went smoothly. Would definitely use it again.

Amazing service! For some reason my address location came out incorrectly when searched up online so I had to ask the delivery guy to come to the actual location to which he followed through. The estimated time of delivery was accurate and the storage rent for summer was quite cheap. Would recommend this service if you need storage for the summer especially as a student.

Collection, storage and delivery all great
The boxes they sent were great and easy to use, nothing got damaged in storage so they were clearly sturdey. Both the collection and delivery of the boxes was on time with no issues. Clear communication about the status of my orders too, also an easy to use website. No issues whatsoever. e

Great service for helping me move my uni stuff!
I used kit keeper to transport my stuff from uni to my new home as I recently graduated and they were really useful! The team explained things so well even when I called them on the phone multiple times as I had questions and I had an overall positive experience! Would use it again but unfortunately I am no longer a student haha

The collection was done today
The collection was done today. It went great, they sent me an email the day before telling me the time and it was only a one hour window. Then, the driver called me to let me know he was coming. I paid extra to get help getting the boxes down, since I live on the second floor and they helped me get all 5 boxes downstairs. It was extremely easy and would definitely recommend. I'll update when I schedule the delivery in a few months.
