We recently had our old kitchen refurbished by Kitchen Makeovers Peterborough, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. They completed the entire project in just three and a half days and delivered a kitchen that looks completely new.

Faizan and Rob were both a pleasure to work with. Faizan visited four or five times before the work began to go through the design and ensure everything was planned properly. Rob, the fitter, worked with real skill and efficiency, and he kept the site clean and tidy at the end of each day.

We are very happy with the quality of their work and the professionalism they showed throughout. Highly recommended.

They were great from start to finish - not salesy, knew their stuff, followed up appropriately. Fitter was calm, efficient, tidy, knew exactly what he was doing, anticipated and solved potential problems.

John was great from the initial visit and whilst the work was undertaken. He kept us informed of everything that was happening and when.
The fitters were courteous and tidy.
The job when complete looked great and the kitchen looks new even though the shell of the cupboards are unreplaced.

From the first visit by Richard, to discuss what we wanted, we were impressed with the open and honest chat about what we could or couldn't achieve within our budget.
This was particularly refreshing as we'd just had a quote from another company who used scare tactics to try and push us into signing up straight away.
Dave, our kitchen fitter worked like a trooper every day, paying attention to detail and tidying up after himself every day. We're very happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to get a kitchen looking like new, on a budget.

Richard and Gerry the installers were very kind , helpful and professional. They were determined to do a first class job. Which they did. Timescale was longer than anticipated.

We underwent a partial kitchen makeover, as our units were still in good condition. New worktops,sink & taps, gas hob, & integrated fridge. Sales person Andy came out and explained the process, and we chose our replacements. We brought our own plug in electric oven & replacement handles to save on costs. Tony the fitter done a cracking job on the insulation. His workmanship was second to none. Would highly recommend Kitchen Makeovers (Stourbridge).

The work undertaken was of a high standard and a few slight adjustments we required were fixed with willingness. Worker was quite slow and messy

Wonderful service from start to finish. At the initial site visit they listened and talked through what we needed, giving us a range of options to choose from to make sure we ordered exactly what we wanted. The fitting guys were professional throughout and made a great job of what they did. The plumber also went the extra mile to adapt the existing pipework to fit the new sink and again did an excellent job of the work. Cannot praise them highly enough. Excellent work at a very reasonable price ! Highly recommended.

The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Harpenden Makeovers have such a great team from the designer Colin who came up with some great ideas to improve the look of our kitchen to Joel the fitter who was meticulous in his workmanship. Joel was super tidy and a pleasure to have in your home over the week. Aaron the quartz polisher was also great and the over all finish of the kitchen is beyond what we expected.

The communication from start to finish was fantastic. Frank was a complete perfectionist and we couldn't be more happy with our kitchen. I also liked how neat and tidy the house was left each day and on completion. Finally Frank gave a timeline and stuck to it, even when it meant he had to stay longer into the evening.

Good price, lovely people involved from sales to fitting- no quibble with changing doors that were damaged- all round fantastic service and gorgeous kitchen. Very happy

Great experience from start to finish. Very professional service, great expertise on fitting everything was done with great attention to detail the work was fully assessed and completed ahead of time. Our fitter Was excellent, he consulted with us throughout the process to ensure we were happy with everything. There was no mess at the end of each day and his workmanship was tidy and clean, he even had his own pop up gazebo to work under in bad weather. Overall the whole process was excellent, far better than any showroom kitchen, good value quality products. Would absolutely recommend 100% this company above all others.

Job done with excellence and completed ahead of schedule. Good company. I will not hesitate to recommend them. Well done!

Shocking service ! My mother had an appointment on 15th May 2026 with a rep from Reading. He visited her at her new Park Home she had just moved into. She has downsized from a 4 bed house & wanted to use some of the money to put a new kitchen in.
He was not over friendly & made some comment about her place being small. He did not bring any samples of work tops with him & didn't ask her what she would like in her new kitchen. He just measured what was there.
He said the quote would be with her the following week & to this day 3rd June she never heard from the company again. What a disgusting way to treat a customer !
She has now ordered with Joe's Doors & they were absolutely brilliant arriving with samples & very attentive. Her new kitchen has cost £11,500 so Kitchen Makeover's have lost a bit of money due to their unprofessional service. NO I would not recommend their services.
