Egregious 200kr fee for not collecting the parcel in time. What a joke.
Do not fool yourself with .nl. This is not a Dutch website.
This is a scam website. They are not Dutch, they ship from Sweden and they don't deliver on promised dates. When called, they just say there's nothing they can do and you are free to send it back. Not recommended at all.
Avoid.
Unreliable delivery estimates and extremely poor communication.
I ordered a product at the end of December, with an estimated shipping date between 15th January and 5th of February (as per the invoice)
There was no proactive communication from support to tell me that my order was delayed, and I have still yet to receive it.

worst customer service EVER
I have been emailing since july about a package that is returned to kitchenlab because I was unaware it was at the pick up point. When I found out it was returned I told them I wanted to cancel this order. They shipped it back from Norway despite me cancelling my order and never answered any of my emails after that. I didn't pick it up since it was at customs and I would have to pay additional costs because Norway Is not in the EU I spoke with Pelle Dahlberg once. After that all I heard were crickets. I want you to confirm next week you received the package that is now on it's way back to you, not shipping it back to me AGAIN and remove the klarna payment.

Do not trust this store – complete scam!
I spent a large amount of money on an order that I paid for in advance, and it’s been over a month with no delivery. There has been no communication whatsoever – no response to emails, no one answers the phone, and no updates about my order. At first, there were vague excuses, but now they’ve completely disappeared.
I feel completely scammed. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I strongly warn others: stay away from this store unless you want to lose your money. I’m taking this further and reporting the issue.

While I understand certain products may be out of stock, then you should not allow consumers to purchase such products and mark them out of stock.
Is this fraud?
Delivery date overdue by a month, no updates from them. Customer service phones do not answer. It was a big order (over 700 eur). Looks like fraud.
Good shipping but iffy product
Shipping was fast and professional but the quality of the product (in this case agar agar) was shoddy. It smelled strongly of seaweed.

Horrible webshop and service. I have been waiting for my order for two months now and also didn’t hear back from several reach outs to the customers service to ask where my order is. Avoid ordering here!
Extremely slow delivery, terrible customer service
They promise a fast delivery, but they do not ship the products as fast as promised. In addition, they managed to send my order to Norway, instead of Finland. When I tried to resolve the situation with many emails, there was no response. I only got the situation clarified, after calling their customer service and waiting for 30 min. Very poor customer service and ability to deliver. Avoid at all cost.

I much appreciate the fact that you really do your homework to select and filter the best items, and only then you offer them to your customers. On the down side, the courtesy found in your stores tells a different story: only 1 out of 3 of your store attendants show friendliness when asked questions, the other 2 prefer to make you feel like you owe them money, so you're not really worth their time. Consider working on this, unless you're under the illusion that it has no consequence for your reputation. If you conduct a proper survey, I'm confident you will find that the overwhelming majority of your repeat customers come in for the outstanding job that your polite and decent attendant does, but try to avoid the other two, your bad apple primadonna type characters.
Fast delivery and good quality product.
