Kitappliance.com fail to respond to emails. I ordered over a month a go and still awaiting customer service. Beware!

I spent quite a lot here and found theta the prices to be fair, products are decent and always the delivery is an efficient one.

I have ordered a sink with accessories. Sink arrived promptly but without accessories which are worth nearly £100. I have not opened the box immediately as the kitchen wasn't ready for fitting yet. When I've opened the box and realised that the accessories were missing and contacted the company. They said that it should have been there and there is nothing they can do. Not a service I would expect from a 5* company! Please be aware and check everything as soon as it arrives as otherwise you would be £100 out of pocket like me!

Ordered a CDS splash back via ebay shop and paid a premium for Delivery within 2 days (£6) - nothing received on day advised - waited another day and contacted via ebay enquiring about delivery, no come back for a further 2 days and finally responded with a delivery date some 6 days past the premium paid for date

Until recently I had never heard of the Kitchen Appliance Centre, but I have to say that they have impressed me so much that I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone else.

I dealt with Amy who has been absolutely outstanding throughout and provided excellent customer service. I cannot praise her enough as nothing was too much trouble, she was very efficient and every response was prompt. After ordering I changed my mind on a product due to a change in our requirements, it was cancelled immediately and refunded without any issues at all.

The product that I went ahead with was delivered very quickly and I was notified of both the delivery day and provided with an hour time slot....fantastic service!!

If you want to know what a great company means, then this company surpasses any expectations you may have. I can not praise them enough for helpfulness, courtesy, back up, and the goods were delivered when they said they would. I would recommend Kitchen appliance centre to any one wishing to purchase anything whatsoever to do with kitchens. First rate!

It was a perfect choice which fit the original place. The extractor is good but not too powerful as the old one but it does the job.
