Bought an england top for the world…
Bought an england top for the world cup, the website didn't provide it was oversized fit anywhere in the description or photos. So the item was enormous, but I still had to pay to return the item.

Order a personalised England shirt
Order a personalised England shirt. The letter started to peel off within 1 hour of wearing. Called Kitbag they sent out a new top straight away so brilliant! I returned the faulty shirt and received a new personalised shirt but when that arrived there was a printing issue with the name on the back.
This is now where I am having trouble for two days straight at multiple different times in the day I have tried calling the customer service number again and it constantly say they are shut! I then try send them a email stating all the issues with the shirt to get a replacement sent or refund to which I get a automated reply stating this email address is unmonitored and I will have to use the online portal.
So I try to submit a form on the online portal everytime I fill out my details and try to send it I get a pop up stating that there was an issue submitting the form to try again?!
Customer service is a complete joke!
I want my money back! Or a perfectly personalised shirt it’s not that hard!

Cant spell
Ordered a buffalo bills Greg Rousseau jersey. The morons spelt it wrong as ROSSEAU, and are refusing to return it as its classed as a custom item and when i email customer service just get a error message. SCAM COMPANY AVOID!!!
Update....as there is ZERO way of contacting KITBAG via their listed phone numbers or email addresses, which is disgusting might I add, I posted a complaint on Twitter. I quickly received a message from Fanstics to contact them.....thry arranged a replacement item to be sent out......AND IT WAS SPELLED INCORRECTLY AGAIN!!!! What sort of imbeciles do they have working for them.
