Just had our amazing new Teak garden furniture delivery by Owen & Scott, great service by them. All set up within minutes, explained the guarantee, care of the set & workings of the LED parasol, all packaging removed. Would definitely use this company again.

From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Bought a table and chairs at the Royal Bath and West show, very nice chap, no hard sell.
He said the delivery would be 3-4 weeks from date of purchase and true to his word it recently arrived.

Dealt with a lovely lady on the phone regarding a delivery time and it turned up, was built and we are now enjoying this beauty of a table.

Shout out to the two delivery lads, very nice and happy to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this company

The two fitters arrived Scott and Carl to fix up the table.
the placed the furniture in the correct position. Scott and Carl was very friendly even know it was there last drop and the weather was hot. they also kept me updated during the day. they explained everything to us and told us how and when to treat the furniture. the furniture is very lovey and comfortable. we will tell family and friends to use this company.

Delivered as scheduled, kept informed of ETA by Nick and Anish. Both did an excellent job in building the furniture and explaining how the wood should be treated and weathered.
No complaints whatsoever.

Very helpful careful polite and all round competent team of 2 Owen and Scott Steered bulky furniture though narrow spaces without damaging anything. Still careful after a long day, I was the last delivery

We are over the moon with the quality of the teak dining table and chairs. Owen and Scott who delivered the furniture were exceptionally polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, a joy to meet them. We were kept up to date with delivery dates and notified of their arrival time by text. Everything was assembled and all packaging removed. Good quality furniture. Delivered 1 day earlier than advised but that suited me better. Van driver very pleasant and helpful.

First delivery was faulty, but my request was dealt with promptly and professionally.

Replacement received and delivered by Nick and Kenny who were super friendly and professional.

Great delivery service; the first time there was a problem with the table which they flagged up and reported. Head office dealt with the issue well and the second delivery went perfectly. After trying to deliver whilst we were on holiday (we had notified them) we received our furniture on the day stated. The two young men who delivered and put the table together were brilliant, very friendly and efficient. They explained the after care thougherly. So far very pleased with our purchase.

We are very impressed with the quality of the teak garden furniture set we received. The quality of the wood is superb, and it came with an excellent parasol, seat cushions and high quality rainproof cover. Communication regarding delivery could have been better, but the delivery staff were polite, courteous and promptly helped set up the furniture. Overall, I am impressed and would recommend this company to others.

Max and Anish were very helpful and assembled the table for us as well as taking away all packaging. We also thank them for their table care advice.

Ordered a table and chair set for 8 people recently. The order took a couple of weeks before it was ready, as mentioned on the website. I was away when it was due to be delivered but the delivery company were happy to rearrange a week later. The delivery team were very helpful in unloading it to a suitable place. Table and chairs are now all set up and we're super impressed, great value!

Would have been great but one of the chairs had a bit of damage they promised to replace it. Despite chasing it up am still waiting for the phantom office to call to resolve. Don’t pay it all up front till you have seen the whole set. The guy I spoke to said they have a problem with a whole batch of chairs

Just an update on this as I dont see a way to respond. I have absolutely no missed calls on my phone from before tge time I put this review up and have received no email update either. Perhaps you have me confused with another dissatisfied customer lol

We spent a long time choosing our new garden dining furniture. The teak table and chairs we chose were beautiful. They came with cushions, parasol and cover. Ordering was easy and any questions we had were easily answered by a quick phone call. Delivery was punctual and extremely efficient. Everybody we dealt with were polite helpful and courteous.
