Kingsize overcharge on shirts order
I ordered 8 shirts from Kingsize and was shipped 6 shirts. 2 of the shirts I received were not the shirts I ordered and were the incorrect size. I returned the 2 shirts and was told the shirts that I originally ordered are on back order. When I checked my credit card statement, I saw that I was overcharged by $52.83. I called their customer service and spoke to 3 different representatives. I was told the $52.83 charge was for a back order but I did not authorize this charge and the amount they charged me is higher than the amount of my original order. Needless to say, I was not happy and have not been refunded the amount they overcharged me. I filed a dispute with my credit card company for this mischarge. I will never order anything again from this company. I would advise others to stay away from this company.

I purchased a white warmup jacket, it came in with orange stains. I wanted to return - and the real trouble started. At the end of lots of chat requests calls,, etc I got stuck with my $87 white Fila with orange stains on it.

If i could give zero stars i would. dealing with this store has been a nightmare. returned 3 fila sweatsuits and they only gave me a gift card for two, for a whole month i been contacting them each time even a supervisor said they would issue a refund for the balance in 24-48hours guess what i never received it. the customer service really sucks. i finally had to open a dispute on them. i will never deal with this company again. A whole month of going through something that they confirmed was messed up is insane

Charged twice for same order. Still not refunded. Also, shipping prices are inappropriate. You could ship a Buick for what they charge. If I’m going to waste money, I'd rather waste it by making it rain at the strip joint.
Spammers and Scammers
Very low end shirts. They will spam you. If you try to opt out, they just send you to their site that demands you enable all their cookies. Do not go to their site. When they start spamming you, just keep reporting them. Obviously I will never do business with them again.

$16 a month for nothing. Don't fall for their Rewards program. Ordered some clothes a couple of times. The clothes were descent. Sometimes they run good dales...the I noticed the reoccurring monthly charge for $15.95.

I ordered a shirt, and there was a wrong address, immediately after the placed order, I corrected it and called customer service. I never got the shirt and King Size replied to my email and said that the address in account showed it was delivered, well no shit! And due to that, no refund can be issued. I even went to address & the person does not answer the door. I tried 3x this is very poor,poor customer service! I am out a shirt and fifty bucks! You STUCK King Size!

Scamming on Expedited Shipping
This retailer is horrible at filling orders. I’ve ordered from them twice. The first time it took almost four months to get all of the items I ordered. By the time I e I received long sleeve shirts for winter, it was spring and too warm for my husband to wear them. On my second order, I paid $35 for their “super fast” delivery. Three days later and they haven’t even finished processing the order and now they’ve told me delivery will take 2-3 business days even though their website shows that “super fast” is 1-2 business days. Absolutely the worst website to shop.

I placed an order Feb 7; the order did not arrive. After ten days I looked at the "tracking information" and it said the estimated delivery date of Feb 12 was "delayed".
There had been some bad weather so I waited until another couple of weeks of snowstorms passed. Then when I went back to the tracking page it said my shipment had been marked "addressee unknown" which is odd because I get packages regularly at this address from their sister brands.
On March 4th I called the 24-hour "customer service" line and KingSize told me it wasn't their problem, it was DHL's fault, but DHL might be holding the package for redelivery. Then they gave me a number for USPS. I called USPS and after putting in my DHL tracking number the bot said my package had been returned to sender. I called Kingsize back and then they finally agreed to process my refund, as a CREDIT TO BUY MORE PRODUCTS FROM THEM!!! AAUGH.
I wish I had seen all these one-star TrustPilot reviews before I placed an order with them. Do yourself a favor and get whatever you need elsewhere.

Placed an order way back last year that was supposed to come express shipping, all of a sudden it's back ordered, expect it after Thanksgiving, then January, then MARCH... I purchased a pair of pants from this business, and they appeared fine upon arrival. However, after only one wear, the stitching along the seam came apart, leaving a hole in the pants. I contacted customer support to request a return or replacement, but was told that because the item had been worn, it was not eligible for return—even though the damage was clearly due to a defect.
The agent I spoke with stated there was nothing they could do to assist me. As a result, I was left with a defective product and no resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this business, as they do not stand behind the quality of their products or provide meaningful customer support.
