The only issue I have is that Kingsbridge Admin systems are very poor and could learn from the Trusts in Northern Ireland

Staff were welcoming and reassuring from check in staff , surgery team to discharge staff.
All of the team made the experience a lot more comfortable and made me feel at ease .

I was able to access a gynaecology appointment right away and my issue was dealt with with great skill and sensitivity. I am feeling so much better physically and also reassured that I can access follow up care if I need it. All around a very positive experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Kingsbridge Private Hospital for my daughter Minsa’s tonsil operation. The doctors, nurses and staff were incredibly kind, caring and professional, and made her feel safe and comfortable throughout. She was also so happy with all the lovely little gifts she received. My whole experience with Kingsbridge from the initial consultation right through to the procedure has been really positive, all staff are friendly and also very professional. Dr Neil is reassuring and explains everything really well.

Post op appointment with Mr Michael McBride. An amazing surgeon and wonderful post op appointment. Mr McBride is very helpful and encouraging.
