we arrived on a cold wet day full of deep puddles and had to walk right from back of car park to only one working machine with a queue at the machine. There were several events in Liverpool that day so car park was really busy As you have to type in reg etc and go through the different prices and then wait for ticket to print we possibly exceeded measly 10 mins allowed. We did pay in full for our stay and disposed of ticket when cleaning car. Imagine my surprise to receive a penalty for £100.00!! I have used this car park multiple times with no problem and the arrival time was formerly 15 minutes, now only 10 minutes. It was no fault of mine that there was a queue but now I have a hefty charge to pay. You have to appeal online but could'nt submit as I had no 'evidence' to upload.
DO NOT PARK HERE
paid £5 for 24 hours parking and was only there for 5, 1 machine not working so a queue to pay, fined £100 as I didnt obtain a ticket within the 15 minutes arrival time, needless to say only one machine was working and it was the nice of the champions league final. RIP OFF BRITAIN strikes again
Paid for four hours parking 2 weeks ago, still have ticket, says £4. The expiry date is miss printed as one hour only. After leaving 3 hrs 40mins later I'm fined. What a scam.
The machine is clearly faulty but this company doesnt care about the facts FEE PAID FOUR POUNDS with an entry and exit done as per their rules.
Noone to ask as usual, had a death in the family last week and now this to deal with. Cant cope.
This car park in Liverpool advertises itself as safe and secure with patrols and CCTV. on the 11.11.17 my drivers window was smashed in an attempted robbery. Despite every effort top reach this company - no phone number on the web site nor does their contact page work - all to no avail.
I would not recommend this car park in the evening as it is not safe.
