My daughter spent all her savings on tickets for the once upon a time convention in Italy that was cancelled due to covid.After numerous emails and promises of a refund she hasn't received anything and they've stopped contact. Disgraceful way to treat people.
Awful company never do business with them, wait over 2 years for a refunded from a cancelled event. They kept giving eta about when they would process the refund then going back on it. I only received my refund as i did an open letter to them on social media and sent them my paypal link. They kept giving different reasons about why i didn't have my refund.
Avoid at all costs!!
The concert was cancelled and they were supposed to refund my money by the end of the month. Unfortunately nothing happened and they are not responding to emails. I found out on the internet that a lot of people have the same problem. I recommend avoiding this site. If anything changes, I will gladly change the review
