Unfortunately a really bad experience…
Unfortunately a really bad experience with the customer service. Bowl arrived bent. I emailed to explain this, no response, then reviewed the item, where they then emailed me, I responded and no response again. When you are paying a lot of money for the item and delivery, this customer service should be improved and a discount or refund offered.

We now have the perfect beautiful high quality item for my daughter's wedding in June...delivered in a very timely fashion...and by Royal Mail rather than other less reliable couriers!
I would definitely recommend to others.
