So I play soccer 3-4 times a week. The days I'm not playing soccer, I'm going to the gym. I got the KILOGEAR Men’s MICRO Weighted 3/4 Training Tights for the days I go to the gym to help for days I'm playing soccer.

Let me tell you, when training with them, I feel the weights (in a good way) when running I feel the resistance and endurance getting better little by little.

I'm definitely starting to see the slight difference when playing. Feel "lighter" when I'm running on the field. Thanks to the Tights when I'm training.

As a 50+ year old working mom of four, I just don’t have enough time to workout as regularly as I’d like. My life hack has become wearing Kilogear under and with my regular clothes every day! I wear their shorts under skorts and their shrug over short sleeve shirts and tanks. All day. Every day. As a result, I’m building lean muscle throughout the day. And by wearing the weights all day, I’m also helping build bone mass to protect against osteoporosis later!

The weights in the gear are super comfortable and hardly get in the way of my workouts, I love being able to add that extra weight to really take my fitness to another level!

Love this gear, surprised it’s not everywhere! Idea is genius, add small amounts of weights to make you work a little harder. More calories burned and you feel good! Walking, running, whatever .. it’s great:

This is a great product- I used it for training and have already lost weight and feel better. Working out with it burns tons more calories and it the fabric is awesome. Try this product if you want to work harder and see results quicker

Why does the company claim to accept PayPal, but when you go to Checkout, only ApplePay and GooglePay are available?

I was very disappointed by the service with this company and the product. One of the items ripped very soon after purchase and I was in touch with the company who said they would ship us a new one...it did not arrive after many months and many prompts. When it was finally sent, it was the wrong size so had to prompt them again. They then promised to bring the proper item to one of the conventions a year later and then they were not in attendance! They did not contact me or inform me. I stopped pursuing it out of frustration, but they did just spontaneously send me the new item, 7 months later. Ultimately, we got the items but lost interest in the product based on our experience.

Why did I give 4 stars - well I bought the weighted compression shorts, and they could definitely use space for 'junk'. Everything gets squished, so more room would be a great improvement

I wear the booty lift leggings on my morning walks and get so much more of a workout than I used to! Love the shrug too for weighting my arms. I'm a size small in most brands and the size small fits me great. The weights feel very stable and secure in all the clothing, I'm a big fan of this brand!

Kilogear is one of a kind- I would give it 100 stars if I could!! The pieces are unique and so well made. As a nurse with an unpredictable schedule, I can’t always get a workout in when I want to. Kilogear gives me the opportunity to burn extra calories while just living in my everyday routine. If you’re debating on giving Kilogear a try- it’s worth every penny! You won’t regret it.

Really great active wear and it works!! After a day of wearing it, you forget you have it on and the next things you know you’ve lost 7 pounds in a couple of weeks! I also used it when I was rehabbing my knee. It was a good low stree and low impact solution to get the muscles around my knee strong again.
