The super stay lipstick is not as good as it used to be some years ago... I live now in Norway and it has been difficult to buy the products, I was super happy when I finally could buy some products, but I am really dissapointed now... This lipstick was the best of the best, it wouldnt go away with anything the whole night... And now it couldn't even last 6 hours

Beth was so helpful and kind. I have really sensitive skin and she helped my find the best products for me. I ended up buying three products due to Beth's excellent advice. I would highly recommend this store.
Do not order appalling delivery and customer service
IfI could have given 0 stars I would ! Ordered items on 19march in USA as I live there 6 months and still don’t have any product and am now back in the UK. I keep checking my order status and in preparation stage never changes. I contacted customer service who send a link to progress a complaint which doesn’t work. No help given then sent messages on Insta, X and Facebook and still nothing. Will never order from hear again. Appalling customer service
Pathetic Customer Service
Customer service is atrocious, rude, arrogant staff member apparently she is new, she stared at my 13yr old daughter and I like we were going to steal. We felt uncomfortable. I advised the lady at the front, she said she will tell the manager. Is this the kind of staff you employ to represent your brand? I'm appalled It did put a damper on our day out after 2 weeks of being indoors. We wont be supporting Kiko or walking in there again!

I bought some items in victoria square…
I bought some items in victoria square store which is 50miles from where i live, i have receipt. I spend alot of money in kiko milano. The store gave me an incorrect item, we wanted candy crush gloss for my 7yr old who is very upset as we were given a horrible pencil which is dark wine instead. It was the fault of the store and they admitted the same. But they are making an issue about refunding me by card as they are saying they dont have the physical card, this is absolute nonsense.
Guildford Friary AMAZING costumer service
I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews here. I visited the Guildford Friary store today and honestly my experience was 12/10 if I have to put it in a number. Staff was really friendly and extremely helpful, especially Karima she explained everything to me because I’m new to make up and she even helped me find my concealer skin tone. She taught me how to apply my lip liner correctly and help me choose which size and shade is best for my lips, she even explained the skincare to me and helped me decide which products I should start with she was literally most helpful than my dermatologist back to my country. She was really patient and explained things I couldn’t understand or didn’t know because English isn’t my first language. Even when the store got busy she would serve other costumers and then come back to help me until I was good to go. Honestly if that’s not prime costumer service I don’t know what is. I even went back to ask her her name and how I could leave a review because unlike some staff members in other places who do nothing but they give you their cards and are fishing for reviews, she didn’t even mention anything even tho she took at least 40 minutes helping me. I was having a bad day and her explaining everything to me and making sure I understand and am satisfied made my day way better. For me that’s beyond someone doing simply their job, otherwise I wouldn’t even care to leave a review.

The attendant was very rude on the phone, didn't provide clear information, and hung up before I could finish the conversation. Very dissatisfied, I hope it's not like this at the next store I visit. This was at the Regent Street store.
I wanted to return my order
I wanted to return my order, so I had the choice to return in store or send by mail. I didn’t want to send by mail because that was €38 (!!!), so I decided to return in store. When I was in store (twice) the Ipad to return items wasn’t working, so she told me to contact customer service. Customer service couldn’t do anything for me and said to just pay the €38 to return my package by mail, even tho it was their fault the Ipad (also in 2 stores) wasn’t working. Never ordering here again, because of the lack of customer support.
2 weeks of waiting for 1 item
2 weeks, marked as ''shipped'' but never handed over to GLS. When I asked for a return they only returned the money for the products and not the shipping which was expensive. Really weird from such a trusted company
Worst shopping trip ever!
Worst shopping trip ever!! They were slagging us off whilst purchasing our goods, sadly I still gave them my money as this is what pays their wages! So unprofessional for such a professional brand. Kiko would highly recommend you thoroughly vet your staff, who are the face of your branch before hiring them! If there was a rating for 0, I would of gave a 0.
Thank god Belgium has more than Kiko to offer as my trip would have been an utter waste of fresh air - ratings!!! Avoid and by online!!
Kiko green metallic mascara
Couple of months ago, I went to London to buy a green metallic mascara, which I have been used for years. As I don't live in London I decided to buy 2. The shop assistant give me them and I didn't check them but when I was at home and I realised they are the wrong green mascara.
Month later I return to London and I bring with me the mascaras to swap for right one.
The shop assistant told me that she cant do anything because it was pass more the 28 days and she refused to hear me or help me.
I tried to tell her that I don't want a refund only swapping for right one and it was in that moment when she told me that the green metallic mascara was discontinued.
I feel cheated because when I went to buy them for the first time, she couldn't told me that and not that she gave the wrong one.
I would like to warn everyone to check everything before leaving the shop and don't trust them. They are more interested in selling than helping.

This company clearly has a very poor culture, as I had a similar experience to other reviewers. I bought a product that was faulty and tried to return it. I was told you couldn’t return products. I pointed out legally you can when it’s faulty. I brought the wrong receipt. I returned with the correct receipt and I found both assistants to be quite rude. When I pulled the assistance up on her tone, the worker next to her said that I hadn’t let her speak which was just a bizarre comment and it was all very aggressive back to me rather than apologising. The culture is horrendous I would never buy another product in that shop ever again being rude to customers is not the way forward.

I got 12 (!) defective products! I returned them to their store but after 3 weeks I still did not get my refund in size of 180 EURO!
Probably I lost my money and they lost me as a client.
