Model kit preorder delayed for 3 months after promised shipping date, had intended to build it for my birthday month in october but instead have to wait until i'm back in the country in the new year because of delays. will not be pre-ordering again under any circumstances. frustrated, dissapointed, and ashamed of myself for trusting kikatek

Really good experience shopping here. Found a product I could not get from anywhere else for a good price.

Products were of good quality and price. The use of free postage was very misleading leading, telling you to order another certain amount but you never seem to reach the free postage target. Then when you you think you have achieved it, your products don't arrive and find out its now waiting on you paying 🤔 postage. No notification on this just stuff sits waiting on you although you have taken payments from you.

The product was delivered in a timely fashion and exceptionally packaged with care.

First off, the website was attractive, informative, and functional - a rare combination. As a father purchasing for a Gunpla-loving son, I was able to purchase with confidence even though I know very little about Gundam. Ordering was straightforward, and delivery was fast and well-packed. Shall use again, definitely.

I was originally scouting for model kits to work on whilst recovering from surgery and I came across Kikatek. I also saw they sold Good Smile Company figures, including Nendoroids and they had one I'd been trying to hunt down for a few years now (they had a nice little selection of Marvel characters, which I know are hard to find outside of Japan) so I decided to treat myself.

I honestly can't say how over the moon I am! The figure came nicely packed and arrived safe and sound with a free lollipop and now stands proudly with the rest of my collection.

Always an excellent experience shopping with Kikatek. My most recent order contained 2 pre-orders with different release dates, but with their Virtual Private Warehouse they held the first item to arrive until the second arrived so they could be dispatched to me together to save on delivery costs. Their communication is always great and I’d absolutely recommend them.

Great company with great items. Well packaged and delivered on time, delivery cost a little high but well worth it in the end when delivered on time.

Some good items for sale at great prices - postage was reasonable and items well packaged. Just sorry I didn't find these guys earlier (some kits I was looking for were sold out)!

I have ordered several items from this company for more than a year now. Never had an issue. The prices are competitive and they have things I do not see in my local (London area) stores. Paint supplies are also great. Items always come nicely protected and I have never had any issue with damage. 10/10.
