Ordered a specific kind of animal-inspired slippers; Kigu led us to believe they had several kinds of slippers with this specific animal in stock.

Firstly, delivery took several weeks and arrived way after intended gifting day. Secondly, the shipped slippers were the entirely wrong kind and thirdly, they were the wrong size. Not even close. These were clearly kid's size and intented recipient is an adult with large feet.

Contacted customer service who took forever to reply. Luckily they came through and offered to send another pair of slippers and we could keep the old (wrong) ones.

This second delivery again took more than two weeks to arrive and while the slippers were the correct kind this time, they were again the completely wrong size. Not only that, but the labels on which the size would be printed were clearly removed (hastily cut off) so that we wouldn't have any leg to stand on for filing another complaint.

To be avoided at all costs, don't waste your time with these clowns.

Already posted but might as well keep posting about KiguKigu, supposed to be located in Europe and return add in Italy but product from China and maybe XL for Chinese people — they lied and said XL is 180-200 but no way it could be more than 160cm when I put it on after it arrived. It was very cheap and return wasn’t covered so paid €77 for a costume in the end. Do not trust if you’re an adult man.

I literally ordered a custom kigu nearly 2 years ago and have not recited anything. She lied to me about how long it would take, and ultimately ended up ignoring my emails. Scammed out of $200 and refused a refund. Do not buy from this shop

Excellent service fast delivery

The delivery to Germany took 5 working days, customer support replied quickly to my question and the quality of the item is good / okay 👍

I order two jackets back in may 2021, I ordered them in ample time before the my hero academia movie releases, so I could wear it to the movie theater! after the three months passed by I started asking questions, They responded with half assed answers. While waiting for my jackets to be made she is constantly pushing out new designs and even more pre-orders, and she even released newer designs before the older designs. Now I am at 8 months of waiting for the product to only see her post about a poorly made jackets, nowhere as near the good quality as the rest of her jackets. With waiting for so long and about to receive this half assed jacket, I wanted a refund or exchange. She doesn’t offer any refunds on preorders and I can only exchange it with whatever on hand product she had which was about 5% of the products she is producing. After saying that nothing interesting me from her ready to go home stock, she agreed on giving me a refund but now here’s the fun part. When I order these jacket I wasn’t able to use my Credit card so my parents let me use theirs and I pay them back in cash. It being almost a year later which I ordered the jackets and since then my parents kicked me out and I haven’t spoken to them since. So I said numerous times to her that for the refund can you please refund me through a different payment method via Venmo or PayPal because I no longer have access to that card. After my many text her she disregarded everything I said and refunded the card. Her response when I called her out and saying how messed up that was and how horrible her customer service was, she blocked me! Now I literally out $200 ish. Literally been screwed over by somebody who doesn’t know how to run a small business! Don’t get me started on how sketchy it is that she had everything made overseas and shipped back to the states. I’m not saying child labor but like that’s what vibes I’m getting at. Because she stated she ships it over seas for cheaper pricing, so she’s either the fact that they have children sewing cloths or that the paid for adult is minimal. Either way don’t waste your time with this company. It’s just a scam to get your money. I really hope you either stop your small business or reinvent it because what you’re doing now it is unethical and just flat out wrong. Owner of Kugi If you see this I could really use the $102 back! Worst custom service ever!!! Would give 0 stars if possible. I bought a nezuko pre-order kigu back in August 11. Never received a shipping update!! It has been 5 months now! To me those people do nothing but scam others. I sent two emails and never got a helpful answer. The store doesn‘t seem interested in wanting to solve issues with the buyer. They are very rude and unprofessional. Please don‘t buy from them, you will not get your item.

Honestly no complaints. I paid the extra €10 for next day delivery assuming it would be shipped from China as I have been burned before by companies claiming to be “local” only to find their shoddy products take months to receive from Asia. I was delighted to actually receive my order the next day as paid and promised, truly shipped from the UK, and the animal suits were exactly what I ordered and in fine condition. Will order again soon now that I trust they are legitimate. We are wild for kigurumi at our house.

So i order kigurumi. Size is ok but no info abou sewed gloves or no. Customer service and sending exellent. Quick how shuld be done. There is one big problem. Design.. idk who was design a sewing but huh the main sewing go exactly throught your spine makes it ichy all the time and for time to time you wanna scratch whold your back what looks like you are ill....

I was initially horrified to learn that my previous favourite kigu sites stopped shipping to good ol Aus, until I found this site. They're CHEAPER than what I paid previously (yes previously people, I have several of these things, I usually buy a new one every few years) and arrived faster than the American kigu site.
They're all SAZAC kigus which means 5 star quality is pretty much confirmed, and it met my standards on arrival.

Whatever you do, don't buy the $30 kigus off eBay and the like. The quality is usually terrible, they're usually cut strangely and they often look like I'll fitting pjamas.

If you care about quality then go with a SAZAC kigu.

Abismal service, ordered for a fete, NOTHING! No reimboursement, just excuses. do not order from this company.

I like the design but the XL which is supposed to be for 6ft+ is rubbish I'm 6ft 4" and it finishes 6" above my ankle and is short in the wrist. It seems they are just bigger in the waist. Disappointed considering the price. Only thing I can say is they look good and are made of a nice fabric

I placed an order with Kigu in November 2017 for my daughter. I got an email at the end of December saying they would be shipping late in January or early in February. It is April now and absolutely nothing, on email contact and no product. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I placed an order on the 14th of December with a promise that it would be a "10 day delivery". Mind you, delivery was NOT free of charge. On the 2nd of Jan, after emailing them asking for an update, I get a reply that says that they DO NOT have tracking on international parcels. Wow. Really?

Back and forth with nothing gained. 14th of January (30 days later!), I ask for a refund and they state they cannot issue a refund until the delivery company (DHL apparently) confirms that they cannot deliver the item.

This must certainly be THE WORST customer service experience I've ever had online! Never again am I buying anything by Kigu.

I have two onesies from Kigu and both are superb quality - extremely comfy, great to wear in winter and work a treat at festivals.

Only issue is they are expensive (£40) and if you are near 6ft you'll find the legs stop a couple inches above your ankles whilst the arms are perfect in length. You can get some XL sizes for an additional £5, but these are limited to a select few.

Customer service is top-notch too.

Excellent customer service, quick in answering and kind. I have in the last few days bought an unicorn pijama. The size is fitting, quality of fabric is very good. Shipment via royalmail went ok: 5 days from the order to the receipt. I can suggest no doubt both the items and the company. Thanks from Italy.

I love my Kigu, and I've wanted it for ages, but I've got it now! Such a good purchase. It's a trustworthy site and they have very helpful staff and service if you email and ask them. Thank you

The order is a beautiful item and was quickly processed. I haven't recieved the order yet, as I just bought it this morning. Only one complaint.. Nobody seems to ever pick up the staff phone, and it would be really nice if gift style delivery was an option. i.e. without the invoice, maybe a custom note, and wrapped? Just a thought!
