I visited Kiddie Kingdom on Saturday and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They let me try the double buggy in my car to make sure it fitted before I bought it, which was really reassuring. We then went down to the warehouse to collect it, and the gentleman there was equally friendly, chatty and helpful.
I was a little wary at first after finding them online and wasn't sure if they were genuine, but I can honestly say they are 100% the real deal. The customer service was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kiddie Kingdom and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. Thank you for such a great experience!

Awful customer service
we ordered a quad in good faith. It arrived damaged with parts missing. The company to our horror suggested we mend the broken wires if they sent the parts (this left as baffled as to why we should be asked to mend wires for a toy meant for a child). they take ages to reply to emails (mostly being prompted by follow ups from me). After taken legal advice we are allowed to return the quad under the consumer act - we advised them of this and also that the quad was mostly assembled. The courier they sent refuse to accept it as its unboxed. Four emails on - and no resolution as to whether they can send a box large enough. We have purchased at least 3 items form them before - never again,

When issues are reported with products, our suppliers will often recommend replacement parts as this is usually the quickest way to resolve the issue and avoid customers having to wait for a full return and replacement process. We appreciate, however, that in this instance you did not feel this was the right solution for you.
We can see that a collection has now been arranged for the quad, as requested, and once the item has been returned to us, a full refund will be processed.
We’re also sorry that you felt communication throughout the process was not as prompt as you would have expected. We value your feedback and are always looking at ways we can improve the support we provide to our customers.

I have ordered here a few times. Always something else. Sadly I had to cancel my order twice in the past two months because I was baby braining and thought I needed things but genuinely forgot I had things up in the loft from my first one. But even with the cancellation, kiddies Kingdom has been fast, friendly and understanding. I really like ordering here. I love good customer service and when you are being treated properly.

I recently contacted Kiddies Kingdom regarding an issue with the base of my travel system, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
Cheran was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, responding quickly to my messages, keeping me updated every step of the way, and arranging a replacement base without any hassle. The customer service was excellent from start to finish.
I was also really impressed with how easy it was to get in touch with Kiddies Kingdom. Their video call service was brilliant, and the sales assistant was able to locate my order within minutes, even though I no longer had my receipt.
