I was offered for my birthday in August in 2025 a 100e gift card . Yesterday I wanted to use it ( 1.10.25) on a web page . Once I've inserted the numbers required , it said yes you have 100e on it , but you can't use it ..as there must be a 3 digit numbers CVC number ..mine had 4 digit numbers. Why then you didn't sell to my relative a 3 digit number CVC gift card ? What a cheating way to treat your clients !!!

I bought 3 Buxom lip cream in Haugesund Markedet Kicks shop. They was with 50% discount. 2 for presents one for myself. When came to car thought must check how fresh they are, because it was several times i bought old products in Kicks. So Buxom lip cream was 7 years old !!! Shelf life is 3 years. I come back to shop, but saleswoman told no no, they are fresh. So i wrote to customer servise, and got an answer - i can return or to change to fresh ones. But i checked, other people just buying, trusting, using very old cosmetics.. What about not to sell old ones, or just to write- they are 50% discount because they are 7 years old ! So every time buying something i must to check how old they are ! What about trust?

I bought a perfume from Kicks website, almost a month ago—a very expensive one—and they sent it completely loose, outside of its original packaging, without the branded label that you’re supposed to apply when opening the bottle. They literally removed the perfume from its original box and threw it into a cardboard box with no protection whatsoever. I complained, of course, since this is a high-end product and I expected it to arrive in its full original packaging.
They did send me a return label promptly, and I returned the item the same day. And that’s when the nightmare began. It’s been two weeks since they received the return, and I still haven’t been refunded or sent a replacement with proper packaging. I feel robbed.
Do not trust this site. Do not buy from them. If they refund me or send a properly packaged replacement, I’ll update this review. But until then—avoid Kicks at all costs!!!

I’ve visited several KICKS stores in Stockholm, but none compare to the consistently poor experience at KICKS Ringen. I go there purely out of convenience, but the staff are often unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and the atmosphere is unpleasant.
This seems to be more than a one-off issue — it feels like a pattern, which I believe reflects poor management. It’s the manager’s responsibility to train the staff and set the tone for the store, and unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be happening here.
I hope KICKS takes customer experience seriously and works on improving this location.

I was sent some expired cosmetics in my last order, and I contacted their customer service to have them substituted with new products or refunded. They refused and said that there is no expiration on their products, but only a PAO (period after opening). This is not correct, skincare and makeup have an expiration date from manufacturing, which I could see from the batch code. Not only they have sent me expired products and refused to send me new ones or to refund, they also provided wrong and harmful information by denying that cosmetic products can expire. This is malicious and harmful behaviour at the expense of the customer.
Note: This is not the first time I have received expired products from them but I did not make a complaint before.

Kicks is so consistent in providing you with horrible experience. Even in their shops, the people working there are so rude and not helpful at all. Every time I have an interaction with kicks, I end up regretting. Not recommended at all!

I was gold member and they took away my bonuschecks without any reason.
I contacted support. And they claim I already used the checks.
But the time she mentioned was used by old checks.
I send proof. Because I also got the checks manually.
I'll loose my gold membership and go somewhere else, that not will screw me over.
Dårlig service!
Walked into the shop looking for help at Kicks Emporia. The staff was more interested in chit-chatting with each other than helping me. I asked one of the ladies to help me find an eye shadow that fits me, she said we’re too busy and that I should book a time. There were almost no customers in the shop and more than 4 staff members were doing nothing but talking to each other. The lady who was ‘busy’ and couldn’t help me quickly joined the group to continue chatting and I was left to my own. No ‘going the extra mile’ no ‘service’ no ‘happy customer’ culture at kicks. Not the first time I experience bad service and not surprised by the reviews. Kicks should be looking into this. Extremely bad for their reputation. I will definitely not be visiting Kicks for any next beauty shopping!

Horrible customer service! Do not shop online!!
I have been a loyal customer for years and a Gold-level member. I recently purchased a Dior concealer online to be shipped to my home address since I'm not able to easily go to a Kicks store right now. I finally received my order yesterday and they gave me a different brand of concealer (worth less than my purchase).
I immediately called customer service and they said it was a mistake in the warehouse. The agent never apologized and told me I'd have to go to a Kicks store to exchange the product myself if I wanted the correct concealer.
I explained that would be very inconvenient for me. The agent then said they could send me a shipping label and I can drop it off at a shipping point. Once they receive that they would then send out the Dior concealer I ordered! I need my makeup ASAP and don't want to wait that long! (Or have to go to the shipping center).
I asked if they would offer me any compensation and I was told they wouldn't. I asked them to please send me the correct item to my home address like I ordered and they will not until they receive the other product back at the warehouse.
I emailed customer service after this and still haven't received any reply. Kicks made an error in sending me the wrong product and they want me as the customer to spend extra money and time to correct it myself with no apology or compensation.
If I wanted to go to the Kicks store to get my concealer I would have done that. Useless to order online as I still don't have the product that I paid for. I'm so disappointed with this experience.
Unfortunately, I will NOT be ordering from Kicks again anytime soon. When I order I expect the correct item to be delivered to me in a timely manner. I understand mistakes happen, but at that point, the company should take some responsibility to make things right :(
A simple order I placed online is now taking up my time and turning into a huge hassle. I still don't have my makeup! I would have been better off ordering elsewhere.
There are other online beauty supply stores with better customer service and appreciation for their loyal customers.

Put Densifique Kérastase shampoo in my online shopping basket along with my 20% coupon which made my favorite shampoo much more affordable.
So from 250 kronor down to 200.
Expensive shampoo but I love it and it lasts forever.
However, I waited until my paycheck before clicking it through to BUY.
When I finally was ready IT HAD GONE UP 100 kr!!!
Not 10, not 20, but 100 from one day to the next.
INSANE.
Not like they started using the blood of virgins and powdered unicorn horns….
So I went online elsewhere and found I could buy double the size (500) for 20 kr less than the 250 size.
This is not the only time there has been a large price increase in a product but this was the craziest.
I tell you, it’s not so fun to shop at Kicks anymore.

Their online customer service is like a joke, they are on the same side with this tricking behaviour from their staffs.
They are telling me, if the store can not help you, then we cant help you either.
Since they are not handling complaints to their actual store.
Like a joke but yes, how scam are those. As i said everyone need to be mindful when you shop from them. From their actual stores, since their staffs can trick you and blame on you.
Such a bad experiences that i have.
Bought 2 skin products from them the day before, WITHOUT GETTING INFORM that i need to ask them to give me a sealed plastic bag for those products.
So the day after, i want to return, they refused and blamed on me that i need to ask them to have a sealed plastic bag for those products if i know i want to return.
I do not get any information from staffs who I bought the products from. Nor any sign in the store stating a SEALED PLASTIC BAG need when you return products.
Now i am being forced using the products i did not want to use. They claimed that not their responsibility to inform me about the SEALED PLASTIC BAG.
Never buy from them again, they are tricking people. So be careful when you buy from them. You are gonna be trick and force to use the products that you cant use.
