Mr TARUS A AWESOME GENTLEMAN HE WENT THAT EXTRA MILE TO HELP TO GET MY GOLDEN SPORTAGE BACK ON THE ROAD I MCHAEL HAD ISSUES WITH MY BATTERY IT KEEPS ON DIEING HE GIVE UP HIS TIME RUNNING TRYING TO DO 100 things at a time HE HAD INTERVIEWS TO SORT OUT CUSTOMS RING HIM PLUS ME TO TRYING TO GET MY BATTERY SORTED AT THE SAME TIME HE DIDN’T HESITATE TO SAY NO HE INFORMED ME TO GO TO REPCOS TO GET A NEW BATTERY WITCH IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY FROM REPCOS AND THATS WHY I LIKE TO THANK THIS GUY TARUS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE AWESOME MANGER I WISH YOU AND YOUR TEAM ALL THE BEST FOR THE FUTURE

Kia advertises lease buyouts as a benefit, but my experience at Roseville Kia shows otherwise. When I tried to use the buyout option promised at signing, I was repeatedly brushed off. One manager even told me, “It’s not that I can’t, it’s that I won’t. If you’re unhappy, you can leave.”

After years of paying on my lease and trusting Kia’s word, this response was insulting and dismissive. A company that promotes buyouts as a selling point should stand by them—not turn loyal customers away with arrogance and hostility.

Kia needs to hold its dealerships accountable for honoring commitments and treating customers with respect.

Kia Xceed Ecogpl 1.0

I bought a kia Xceed gpl 1.0: after 3000 km:
0,5 lt of Prins Valve Care used by car (52 €/lt) .
Fuel consumption: 9 lt gasoline and 45 lt gpl for 500 km, extraurban ( average 80 km/h) and motorway (average120 km/h).
I tried the car in mountain route and the engine suffer a lot in uphill.
I didn't receive any info about that from the car dealer: I'm disappointed particullary for lack of theese useful information.
