Die Qualität des gelieferten Morgenmantels war absoluter Müll und nicht 10% dessen Wert, was bezahlt wurde.
Ausserdem gab es monatelange Lieferverzögerungen mit fadenscheinigen Begründungen:

If there was the option for 0 stars I would select it! Company is absolutely awful!! Order arrived months and months after it was placed, contacted customer service numerous times who would not allow me to cancel the order. When the items arrived, they are certainly not luxury, they are cheap materials and downright awful looking! To be allowed to return the items, I was told to send photos which I did, and ever since then…no reply! Do not order from this company!! Horrific!!

Worst Company ever give me my money back! The products not even good quality and it 9 years to come and now you won't even give me a refund.

Ordered it in December 2024 and had 4 months delay, after several emails which I sent about complaining for the delay they said that they don’t anymore these items in stock and that I have to chose something else. What a waste of time and money. Don’t buy from them

This company just not fair business, even maybe scam! The product are the cheapest quality from Chine and delivery lead time 4 months for just only partial delivery. Had good luck that I did claim it by my bank, with clear evidence and got about 55% money back.
Avoid any business with this not trustable company.

I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. and I hope you all do the same!! They lie and say they are located in Spain, and they are not!!! This is my second review here, just adding some details. My order finally arrived 3 months after placing order. The robes are poor quality, so initiating return. Deep down in the website, it says “all returns are customer responsibility” - so it is on me to ship items back to Wuhan, CN if I want a refund.

This is the worst experience. This company is a total scam. I have ordered via RapidAnd - as I live in Andorra - on the 12th February and haven’t been delivered with the order since. One piece is said to be at stucked in custom in Spain. So they are nor producing in Spain as advertised…. One piece has not even be sent. I can juat warn you to not order with Khepris - you will never receive your order and loose your money.

If I could give it 0 negative stars I would . Complete spam. Says coming Spain but came in from china. Took over 4 months to arrive when I did 3 day shipping. lol. Material was cheap and thin and the color was completely off. Very different from the picture on the website. Horrible horrible horrible. Do not waste your money. We need to get this brand/websitwe shut down!!!!

They answer emails after 2 days and wants to see pictures of there robe that came from them . Very cheap made

Pure scam! I’ve placed my order in October 2024, for the silk pajama set “made in Spain”.
Then I was told a story by someone named Yolanda, that due to the flood in Spain- production will be relocated to some other country.
I asked numerous times to give me a refund since shipping was significantly delayed, and all I was receiving- empty promises that it will be shipped “next week”.
After 6 months of promises I have received a very low quality pure synthetic piece from China!
When I asked for a return label- my request was denied.
Don’t deal with them!

If there was the option of giving Zero stars I would have.
ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
The pictures and the product are NOT the same. If you receive your order you will wait for months AND be disappointed with the poor quality.
I asked for a refund due to the delay BEFORE the items were made and they sent them anyway and will now not provide a returns address AND expect me to pay for the delivery of the return.

If anyone has their address in Spain, please include it in a review.

Four months later, 25 EMAILS and still having to deal with this SCAM company. This is the WORST shopping experience I’ve ever had.No consumer protection provided.

The worst shop ever! Do not buy anything from them! You will never get your order or you will get totally diffrent clothes than on the Pictures.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before purchasing. This company is a complete scam! Do not order from them! I ordered over $800 of items back in October 2024. Just received absolute Chinese garbage. Looks nothing like the photos! I emailed them and they said I’m pass their 14day return policy!!!!!! I’m contacting my bank today and also reporting this as fraudulent. No way they are in Spain.

SCAM!!! Poor product from China!!!! I bought pyjamas 3 January 2025 and received it middle of March when I was on holidays. I wanted to return the pyjamas. The reason: because it’s poorly done and 100% polyester - absolutely not worthy thing. I wanted to return on day 13 - and they took 3 days to respond!!! And rejected to get it back!!! Don’t buy anything from those thief’s!!! You won’t be able to return it!

I ordered IN NOVEMBER 2 pieces for almost 200€. In January came china shit from AliExpress valued for 10€ which is definitely not corresponding to the picture on the website and in February came another chinese shit that I also ordered in November! I sent this trash back and wanted money back. They of course play stupid and do not accept packages because delivery attempt was not successful and package turned back. I will report on the police this fraudulent company! After I sent package they reply once purpose once a week! And playing stupid that they don’t know where the package is when it was in the post office! Definitely the address is fake
