The staff training level is very low
The staff training level is very low. They are not trained to detail with customer complaint. I order 2 peace Chicken manue which is 89dkk. What i got one small chicken wing and one small leg. When i ask this is not in the picture what order she told me i gave you what I saw on the plate. I asked her to change it she said to late you should have told me before order..
She could have been educated that if by making small changes which was customer right could have given customer good experience. Would lead go very satisfied customer.
This brand often have people who really behave very bad. I hope the owner of the brand can employ good people and save the KFC brand
