The company can improve by giving app users extra points, and considering the situation, a free meal voucher. I placed my order which was a pick up order on a Sunday evening on my KFC APP & had to have my order placed within the given time frame.which I did & got confirmation it wld be ready at 9:15pm. Got in the car to go pick up my order & the store was closed. But my card had already been charged upon confirmation of the order being placed & the time I wanted to pick my order up was confirmed. Considering the inconvenience of leaving my home at night. using my gas which is so expensive, and not having anything to eat is unacceptable for a food establishment. I have plenty of food establishments to choose from that do get it right. And they will compensate you besides giving your money back. Being a regular customer this was very disappointing. Didn’t have my food to eat and had to figure out where to go and get something else to eat. Not to mention it’s almost 10pm by now.

i usually like KFC but this is ridiculous.
on a recent Saturday we went to kfc in uttoxeter. we go the food but no receipt. we had a look at the food in the car park but there was a USED BANDAGE IN THE BATTER AND BLONDE HAIR!!!!!!!!
we asked for a refund but they said we couldnt because we didn't have a receipt.
THEY DIDN'T GIVE US A RECEIPT!!!!!
never going to KFC uttoxeter again.

The meat wasn't nicely cooked inside, but the waiting time was actually great. Waited short time to get my food

12pc meal, large coleslaw, 2 large Mash/gravy with 6 biscuits $ 38.99
Tenders only $ 10.00
8 tenders + Dip Cup, 2 Honey BBQ and 2 KFC Sauce
Tax $ 3.29
Carry out – used Visa Total $ 52.28
When I arrived home I was dissatisfied with the looks of the Crispy chicken they were very dark like the oil had not been changed that day prior to deep frying them. The chicken was dry as the desert here in Yuma, AZ. No moisture and the crust was hard as a rock, had to tug like HELL to separate it from the meat.
The tenders were dark as the chicken, not a light color as they should be, again the crust was tough and hard and when you tried to break them it would be like tugging on JERKY. My wife just said that this was again the reason we stopped going to KFC because of the bad food. WON’T GO BACK.
I know that KFC was founded in the early 1900’s but from the look and taste of this chicken it was probably fried back then and reheated until it sold today.

I went to the KFC on indian school road near 75th ave, and they have a new manager named Sean who has really whipped that place back into shape. The food is better and any issue you have he will personally help you with. If u avoided this place becuz of poor service like i did for a long time, go back. Sean has made a great difference.

We came to the plainwell KFC ordered then we're informed it would be a 40 minute wait as they were out of chicken? I am waiting in the lobby only 5 minutes in and very unhappy over it. I have seen 6 customers leave without ordering due to the 40 minute wait. I was under the impression at 5 p.m. dinner would be ready. Yep if its a special you as a business should be prepared for such

I went to Alagiamandapam branch of kfc in kanyakumari district at night 9.30 it took more than 25 minutes for the delivery and I ordered 3pack of 4 pieces of wings but they gave 1 pack of piece so after reaching home I was really disappointed and I could not even contact them I was from far place so I couldn't go and get also so it was really a worst experience and I lost my money

Had the best service at this KFC than any other. Blaine has been a definite hidden gem!! The food was hot and served quickly, during the lunch rush at that. The cooks are fantastic!! Thank all of you!

I went with my 3 children and wife, order what we think would be good for our family. The food was not good. Nobody in our family was happy. Everything was over expensive if you compare to other. We eat 2 times at KFC the first and the last time in one time. My advice is Don't buy KFC...

This was so disappointing. What happened to KFC? Unable to attach the pictures but KFC got to do better..

kfc used to be great but the shrinkflation is getting ridiculous. the sides now come in these tiny little cups that are gone in two bites, and the chicken pieces are half the size they used to be. chicken was okay but way too greasy this time. it's convenient but you get terrible value for your money now....

Ordered chicken pot pies. First time they were very good. Second time they were horrible. Mostly a bowl of dark meat with some chicken skin. It was gross. Never go there again.

expensive, chicken tastes like it was sick when it was slaughtered. My chicken bite was as big as the chicken itself. fries were good though

I went to the KFC/Taco Bell establishment in Cadiz KY today, 6/6, around 1:45 pm. I pulled up to the drive thru because I had my dog with me and it was over 80' out. I ordered the 8pc chicken tender meal that comes with 2 lrg sides and 4 biscuits. I also added 2 orders of empanadas. The drive thru gal tells me that I get 4 sides, even though I tell her the menu board say 2 sides and 4 biscuits.
So I tell her just to double the mashed potatoes with gravy and the coleslaw.
After paying, I was asked to pull forward because there was a wait or 3-5 minutes on the empanadas. So I did. After about 10 minutes, the drive thru gal comes out with a bag (that had a bucket in it 🤷) and says, "oh you had the empanadas. I sorry, I forgot". Said it would be a 2-3 minute wait. After another 5 minutes, she finally comes out, (this time bag has 2 boxes and a bag) only for me to notice that I was short an order of empanadas. So I turned my truck off, went inside, told the drive thru gal I only got 1 order and she acted like I was being difficult. Just smerked and walked away to tell another person to drop another order and waiting another 5 minutes.
So, after paying over $27, leaving the establishment at 2:20, I get home to find my sides were small individual sides, like the ones that are in the combo meals. Not to mention that I didn't get the mashed potatoes, just the gravy.
It wasn't even busy when I arrived there. No wait in drive thru before placing order and when I went in to get the rest of my order there were only 5 people inside waiting for food, 2 couples and 1 old man.
This place is getting worse with each visit. Seriously needs to be re-evaluated for their skill set and hire people who know what a sense of urgency means.
30 minutes for most of my items already being made before I even got there. Come on!

I asked before ordering if they had a pot pie cooked and they said yes. I said‘good cause the other day they took 25 minutes to get my pot pie’ well, this time it’s been 18 minutes and I still don’t have my order. I shop here often but after this experience, I don’t know.. People should be re-trained in my opinion.

Charge an extra $20 for delivery for a customer within a few KMs. Very poor form!!

We went to KFC to get their Thursday special the $10 BUCKET of 8 chicken tenders and received a small box that had enough room for an individual coleslaw that was ordered as an additional item. No bucket of tenders and tenders so small they fit in a box with a coleslaw. Would have added a picture but this Durant Durant have any way to.

This has to be one of the worst KFC locations I've visited.
A 1-hour parking limit is unreasonable for a sit-down restaurant. Other KFC locations, such as Banbury, allow 3 hours, which shows that a fairer system is perfectly possible.
The restaurant itself didn't help the experience: dirty tables, no napkins, poor customer service, and then the risk of receiving a parking charge for staying slightly too long.
Customers should be encouraged to enjoy their meal, not rushed out the door while worrying about a parking fine.
Very disappointing.
