Unbelievably rude

Took over an hour to arrive, but the worst was the unbelievable rudeness of the guy. He charged us 290€ before getting to work and got increasingly loud and unpleasant when we asked for details of how he was calculating his prices, saying that he was an „emergency service, not a pizza delivery“.
Once he showed us his price list, it did not match up exactly with what he had charged us, so they exploit the fact that people are in a desperate situation.
The actual job took him less than a minute.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible service at both Morayfield and…

Terrible service at both Morayfield and Rothwell service centres last two times. Over charge and do not do what is written in the required services. They use a so called generic list of all the services they fulfill, however not all of it is done. They often use excuses has to why certain components of the service weren't complete, and don't offer any additional discount or option to return. So you pay money when you don't receive all services. Have been sent to ACCC and Consumer Law Services to investigate. I would be avoiding this company at all costs if you want your car to be serviced properly.
