I have over a few years bought several programmes from Key Software and only had a blip on one occasion but that was sorted very quickly. Great company, products, prices and service. Free stuff given away occasionally. Thanks Key Software

This a great company. They send out great offers and discounts every month. No hard sell or anything like that. They also give previous customer free software - once in a while too, which is a nice thing to do.

I very rarely give reviews, however I have recently received Excellent Customer Service from Key Software. I needed a copy of some old Software, which Key Software very able to supply me, FREE of charge. I have since made a Digital Download Purchase, to assist with Postage cost O/N: 16519.

I have found keysoftware to be a company selling good affordable PC software. I have purchased many items from them since they began the business in 2018. All products that I have ordered, over the years were delivered in good condition, and in good time.
I conclude by saying that their customer service is excellent. All in all, deserving of the 5 stars.

I recently bought office 365 software and although my computer says all downloaded ok, there is nothing there to use.
no reply to solve issue.
UPDATE: I have been contacted and now resolved.

I ordered a Office download but decided l didn’t need it and not installed it I contacted them asking for a refund.

the matter has now been resolved with a full refund

I bought a third item from Key Software, a USB key to reset my laptop and reinstall Windows 11.
I had no idea if it would work as the laptop was blue screen and no matter what I did, including tips on YouTube, nothing worked. The USB key was under £10 so I thought I'd try it and if it didn't work I would have to pay a repair shop.
The key worked perfectly. I decided to do a complete reinstall and I have certainly saved a reasonable amount of money.
Fortunately, I had backed up most of my personal files a few weeks ago.
Key Software are certainly worth 5 stars.

I ordered a copy of windows 10 professional they sent a copy of windows 7professional which I do not require have emailed them three times but they are not responding, there telephone number is none existent I am 78 and cannot throw £22.99 away I don’t know what to do next will not use this company again

Always willing to give friendly help should problems arise. Also a wide range of products to choose from.

I purchased Microsoft Office 365 on DVD, from them on 20th March 2023 and having problems, so have been sending lots of emails, phoning them for help and had no reply!!!!! This has been going on for four days and yet they say they provde 24/7 support. All I want is the activation key that microsoft keep asking for! Until I get it I cannot use the Office 365! Since writing this review and getting in touch with BBC Spotlight, Key Software have given me a total refund!

Key Software offer exemplary service to its' customer. If every company operated on the same basis as Key Software, Trust pilot would be redundant.

I have never seen such bad service. He does not answer many letters, there is only one phone and it is always switched off, there is no helpline. I received a refund after 11 days. I will never buy anything from him again. Let's be honest, you don't respect the customer

I have purchased numerous software products from Key Software. They offer great value backed up by excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Avoid at all costs
It seems my last review on this company has been deleted so I will resubmit.
Attempted to return 2 discs under their so called return policy to which they denied receiving the discs. The 24 hr helpline is non existent and despite many e mails he just keeps denying getting the discs back. I am a 76 yr old disabled pensioner and cannot really afford this but this does not seem to matter to them. I e mailed a photocopy of the proof of posting and this was ignored too, complete charlatan.

Unfortunately I purchased a copy of Windows 11 from Key Software - Big Mistake! I was not sent an official Activation Code with my purchase an despite more than 5 emails to the company?

Subsequent to writing the review I have now received an activation code. Problem resolved finally
