Care needs are not met and the constant smell of urine is terrible
The care use to be good and the girls were lovely but the quality of care has gone drastically downhill over the past 12 months or so. Care needs are not met or understood let alone being adequate. Standards are incredibly poor and management seem to have no clue how to care for someone with dementia and seem to go out of their way to cause dissension within families instead of being supportive and working together towards providing good care.
Constantly smells of urine.
Ignore concerns that you bring up repeatedly and give you an appalling dismissive response and your worst fear happens and costs you the life of your loved one.
