Horrible after-sales service
The installation department seems to rely on standard procedures without considering real-life scenarios. They require the pipes to be aligned according to their predefined схемas. During the first visit, they canceled the installation and asked us to shorten the pipes. To proceed, we had to hire a plumber and pay to have the pipes shortened.
However, after the installation was finally completed, we realized that the original pipe length would not have caused any issue at all.
By sending inexperienced staff, you risk wasting both your time and money. I would recommend choosing companies that value their customers, listen to them, and are capable of understanding their situation.

At the time the kitchen installer was present at your home, several connection points were not connected according to Keukendepot's piping diagram.
We have strict agreement/rules with Keukendepot regarding the piping. If installation is not carried out according to the piping diagram, we do not install according to Keukendepot's wishes/agreement. We apply these rules to our installers. Moreover, these rules apply to all customers, and naturally, no exceptions can be made. If a customer has not adhered to the piping diagram, this can never be attributed to the installer in question.
If you were unsure whether the piping had been installed correctly, you could have inquired about this. Our installers could then have checked beforehand and informed you. Unfortunately, you did not do this.
However, none of this can be attributed to our installer, and we rely on your own responsibility in this matter.
