I would be aware of the inside measurements of the height as I measured the cushions that I wanted to put in the box and left 1cm spare but unfortunately the lid has plastic strengthening supports in the lid which means the lid springs open as it interferes with contents in the box .

We found the screwing of thr panels particularly tough. I woukd prefer if there were pre-drilled or tapped holes.

This is our second time ordering the outdoor furniture

Look, it turned out I didn’t need customer service. I unpacked the parts, ticked them off the parts list and found I was a packet of screws short. I looked absolutely everywhere including laying out all the screw packets and checking the reference numbers. So I phoned customer care and was put through to an overseas line who said they could only send an email form which I had to complete. The form started by talking about how they may or may not be able to replace parts and my replace things as a ‘gesture of goodwill’. I was pretty cross at that statement: if the screws were missing the shed kit was not fit for purpose and I said so on the form and listed the missing screws.
Having sent it, my wife and I went through all the parts again and it turned out the ‘missing’ screws were rolled up inside a different pack of screws. I guess this what passes for fun in packing departments, oh how they must laugh.
Anyway, I sent a follow up mail apologising, built the shed, all good.
The request wS to review customer service, not the shed.

Bought a big garden box for furniture cushions good quality and fast delivery

Bought their 1200L storage box and the metal bar that fixes the back panels and sides together is too long. Many complaint's about this online, so much so that when I called them to describe the issue the phone operator knew what is was before I could explain it ...she quoted me the part number and said they've made a training video because there's been so many complaints. Anyway watched the video, and no, I'm not thick after all, the part is about 12mm too long. Now I have to wait a week to get one ...what happened to going out the way to fix your mistakes ...like next day delivery for the inconvenience. My advice is to find a better company who make boxes, I've got stuff lying around everywhere in this weather and needed to get this built asap, just not good enough really for an issue that's obviously an old one.

Update to this review. I called back to check on the spare part they were sending out, and when I was given the length of the one they were sending I measured the one I already had ...anyway no point in sending it because the one I had was exactly the same size. Makes sense that a machined metal strut is not going to be the wrong length ...as it turns out its excess plastic in the recess that it fits into. Obviously when plastic is moulded it's not always perfect so I'm still in the same place. I had to bodge it a bit and although I managed to make it work the top of the sides are splayed out on each side. Luckily it didn't affect the hinges. Still not good though. If you but one just be ready to have your head done in.

Great range of products available in all sizes. Straightforward online ordering system. As item was quite large and heavy maybe the company used to deliver has to be a slower type as very little info on the progress when tracking the parcel plus only a 8 am to 6 pm slot offered on day of delivery.
Written instructions and online assembly video was helpful in assembling the item. As it was quite big it's good to have a second pair of hands at times.

Lovely product, it’s the second storage box I’ve bought and they’re weatherproof and hold a lot of the garden cushions.

I've got a couple of KETER items, a large shed, a storage box and I'm fairly happy with them. So I purchased the EDEN Storage Bench with confidence and was looking forward to building and using it. However, what a disappointment !
Plastic was bent.
Joints don't fit together.
Bench is off-square and rocks.
The Seat is misshaped and let's water inside.
I followed the instructions meticulously, but to no avail.
What a waste of money and if you want to buy this poor product it is available elsewhere for much less than I paid.

Excellent products and efficient service. I already have a Keter shed which I bought some time ago which is excellent quality and the modern materials make it look super in the garden. I recently bought their shelves for installation inside and again it was a smooth and easy transaction.

Great delivery service and box construction very easy

Great shed, rapid delivery really pleased.

Now it's built it looks great but 30 minutes was more like 2 hours. The side panels were most tricky trying to slide and hold was a challenge especially for the middle parts. The 3 seater was difficult but when finally got together is very comfortable according to our cat! It's good it came with cushions and somewhere to store them.

I contacted customer services and parts were sent immediately.
Sadly the wrong parts were sent but this was rectified speedily.
I await the delivery of the correct parts but in any event I can’t fault the service i received.
Other companies take note Keter are exemplary.
