Initial disappointment turned into business responsibility - and customer’s satisfaction.
Too long time took the start of despatch, and too long time’s still taking a dispatch per se.
At the fastest - 11 days delivery (if it was 02.01.2025) is below standards in delivering within one small country.
In contrast to it competition was able to deliver the same item next day within this period.
Can’t recommend the store and Bring, who should have delivered it yesterday according to their own tracking info.
EDIT:
The company got touch with me, with satisfactory proposal, what changed initial bad experience.
It seams like They care about their business and customers at the end.

I have ordered a product and I have never received an order confirmation. Transaction was authorized and money was withdrawn from my bank account. They only have an email for customer service so it’s difficult to reach them and they dont take the case with the seriousness which it deserves.
