Was able to find a mixer I wanted, at a good price, ordering easy and delivery quick. Happy with the mixer which was a replacement for a Kenwood Chef that I have had for about 40years. Very pleased with my new purchase.

Lovely olive green toaster
Lovely olive green toaster, bought the matching kettle too for my new house to match my kitchen units. Very quick delivery and got both at a great price! Very happy customer. Highly recommend Kenwood. Had my first Kenwood mixer when I got married in the eighties. Very reputable brand!

Site kinda works
Site kinda works, but constantly lags. I had to wait for a long time, until my order appeared in the list after ordering, so I could cancel it. Very outdated design and it takes incredible effort to choose the device you need, If you have never used kenwood before.
Like tons of similar stuff, who knows how they differ. Comparison tool works much better at external sites, then kenwood official.

Ordered a kettle from Kenwood
Ordered a kettle from Kenwood. Was kept informed when the product was being dispatched and date for delivery. Arrived on time and as I was not around it was delivered to my neighbour and I was left a card with details of whom was given the package.

I updated my previous review after Kenwood publicly replied promising that someone would contact me. Unfortunately, that never happened.
My mixer is still with them, I still have no update, no contact, and no clear timeline.
Customer service told me they “can’t do anything” and that I just have to wait, I've veen waiting since 19th of February, it's now 5th march.
Promising to contact a customer and then not following through is extremely disappointing. At this point I simply want my money back.
Very poor after-sales service so far.
