Every interaction I had with Kenny, Ellen and their staff was a pleasure. They are honest, thorough, good value, efficient and reliable. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about them - seriously. They supplied and fitted wood flooring, carpet and linoleum for our new home.

Workmen showed up on time and were able to remove the old flooring and install the new one in a short period of time. Also, both workers were personable and a pleasure to deal with.

Recently we had Kenny's Carpet One install a carpet runner on a staircase and upper hallway in our family home which was built during the civil war. The expertise, courteousness and attentive care from creating the estimate to the installers' performance on the existing structure reminded us why for over ten years we always choose Kenny's Carpet One.

Excellent from beginning to end.

The carpet itself is very nice and was installed well, and I would use them again. Although everyone I spoke with was very nice, I dealt with a lot of disorganization and miscommunication which was frustrating. They were late to the first estimate appointment (not even sure they would have showed up if I hadn't called to find out where they were), then I had to keep calling to follow up on when the installation would take place and received different information about where the carpet was each time, and finally they arrived an hour early to install the carpet. Overall, I would use them again - but be warned that they don't seem to have all their ducks in a row. The overall turnaround time was fast, and the carpet quality is excellent. Again - I would definitely use them for future service.
