One star is too much, Ordered a suitcase based on the dimensions on the website, paid 30 for 2 day shipping, order never tracked but I did get it in 3 days, but it wasnt even close to the size listed on website, says I can return it but I wont get my 30 back for 2 day shipping and I have to pay 10 to send it back. I call BS, dont order anything from them! And crappy customer service to boot!!!!

I ordered an item. The description didn't say it was made of wool. When received I saw that it was and I don't wear wool. I was then charged £14 (!!!!!) to return the item! So I was missold an item then essentially punished for returning it!

Sizing was ridiculous. Came up way too small. Want £14 to return goods and I hand to print a label and take to DHL dispatch centre. Not even a drop off QR code.
Terrible company.

Quality not great. Return process a nightmare and they charge almost as mix for the return as for the item. Will never buy from them again

Why is the Kenneth Cole not telling customers what their products are made of on the website ?? This is illegal !!

I bought the houndstooth jacket from Kenneth Cole. Com, received it on time and it was what I wanted, but it was to big. So I went to return the jacket and reorder a smaller size and I couldn’t because it was on sale. I won’t reorder and have two jackets the same. I was very disappointed that jacket was 119.00. I can’t talk to anyone the message on there phone directs you to the website. I love Kenneth Cole Women’s clothing , I will not be ordering on line again. Very sad that this company won’t even do an exchange.

My suitcase warranty replacement was approved May 6, 2025, with tracking due in 2–3 weeks and delivery in 4–6 weeks. It’s now July 8, and I’ve had no tracking, no replies, and no support from multiple follow-ups. Please advise how to get my replacement or refund.

I ordered 2 watches Modern Classic Bracelet Watch and Modern Classic Silicone Watch in kennethcole.com online site. This is the first time i ordered online. Received empty box on 5/29/2025, it is not acceptable at all. Order No. KCNY-159140

I purposed two pairs of shoes by Kenneth Cole, the first pair where boots leather upper and suede over time the
Leather has started to peel. The leather appears to be a lower grad and recently is pair of white patent leather shoes that has started to crack on the top. Something is terribly wrong with the quality of material your company is using. I pay too much for my shoes for this to happen. What can Kenneth Cole do about the white patent shoes?

Put an order in 2 weeks before I needed it...most sites would have shipped out next day. It's been 2 weeks and it still hasn't been shipped out. Customer service is massively lacking. There's no way to cancel the order except through email..I hope the cancellation goes through and I get some answers as I will just shop in person now for the suit I wanted. For a well-known company and expensive items, come on I expect better than this. Never will order off the site again. Hope I get my money back or I'll be reporting with the BBB.

Bought some Boxer Briefs and the sticking fell out in the front on the first day of wearing. So now going in the trash. should have bought from Walmart for a lot less and you could get a second day out of them.

Sandals sized way TOO LARGE tho ordered the right size. And KENNETH COLE REFUSED AN EVEN XCHANGE!

I wanted to cancel my order as I had ordered the wrong size. A customer service employee, Jorge A. was very helpful and cancelled the order for me. Great service!

We purchased a wool Kenneth Cole rug and it was completely defective. It is unable to be cleaned, even with wool cleaners, without causing massive yellowing and staining. We have purchased wool rugs in the past and never had this problem. We literally threw more than $1000 down the drain as the rug became unusable a few days after buying it and we were forced to throw the rug away. When we reached out to Kenneth Cole they basically said there was nothing they could do, which is, of course, utterly false. Steer clear of Kenneth Cole rugs at all costs!

Trying to contact Kenneth Cole but three attempts go unanswered, and now I’ve read the reviews I’m not surprised! Quite extraordinary, especially for an American company, or am I wrong?

My wife gifted me a Kenneth Cole watch 3 years ago. Last summer the strap broke and I had to change it. I went to a jewelry shop where they informed me that they cannot change it because it's not a standard strap but a bespoke design one and that it's very rare that companies to that. Even very high end watches normally use standard design straps.
Anyway I contacted Kenneth Cole to inquire for a spare part and...surprise surprise...that strap is no longer in production. So the watch, a gift, after just three years, is totally unusable.
Well done, Kenneth Cole! I'll never ever buy from tyhis brand again

Bought Kenneth Cole coat (jacket) for men. Kept it in my condo closet on individual hanger. After one year all like leather details were damaged. All label are on the coat. Call Kenneth Cole-they said that I need to go to retailer. The retailer is Macys in Chicago, they did not take coat because of 30 days return policy. I agree just send this item to Kenneth Cole to analyze it and to improve material they use. They don’t give me address. Terrible service.it looks they are not worrying about their name.

Bad service. I got 3 pairs, and I needed to exchange one of them to a different size.
Their response was they aren't willing to exchange because it was my mistake and not theirs.

The worst customer service ever!!!
I have been trying to solve my problem and it took more then a year for them to reply and that was only after my solicitors final notice before court proceeding.

I managed to chat online with customer service (USA) and they asked me to get in touch with manufacturer (Switzerland) manufacturer asked me to get in touch with repair centre in the country I live in (England) this repair centre asked me to get in touch with customer service (Dubai) as they are connected with the shop I bought my watch (India) so I contacted India head office and they asked me to get in touch with Kenneth Cole Customer service (USA) as they are only dealing with sales and nothing else.
Frustrating thing is non if these personnel gave contact details for the other country.
I managed to do it via social media, google, and other sources.
I do not recomend anybody to shop with Kenneth Cole anywhere in the world.
