I'm trying to get hold of someone and still haven't managed to do so. Also, very inconsistent with their approach from branch to branch. very late back and and if i were a landlord I would never use them to find a tenant
An awful experience working with Kemsley's valuations team on a loan application with my bank. (This is for an agricultural business in the UK).
They have undervalued my assets by 30% compared to another valuer appointed at the same time, refused to engage in conversations to justify their decisions, and have been frankly wrong on multiple occasions. This has negatively impacted my loan application and means I can not longer proceed with the project as planned.
Overall, a horrendous experience, made even worseby the thought that I have had to pay them for the privilege.

This firm are bullys and threaten with Bailiffs when we withheld rent due to them not providing us documents we are entitled to. Would give 0 Stars if possible.
I’m a bit late doing this, but wanted to offer my thanks for such a good experience selling my home. My house was barely on the market for 3 weeks before it sold.
The valuing, marketing and execution of the whole service was 100%.
