The shrub ordered was superbly packaged by Kelways & delivered promptly (by DPD). The shrub is a Garrya Elliptca, 'James Roof' in 7.5litre pot, about 3ft tall and multi-stemmed so it should work well against a fence or wall. Highly recommended for quality and delivery service.

Ordered some Paeonia Sword Dance two years ago and got some nice, healthy looking rhizomes which now, in their second year, have started producing beautiful flowers, so very happy customer!

It is generally a gamble when you buy plants online as to the quality, delivery times and how well packaged they are. I have recently taken delivery of 12 2 litre grasses from Kelways. They are great healthy plants and the packaging to make sure they arrived in perfect condition was outstanding. I won't be going anywhere else in future. Impressive.

I recently needed to contact Kelways after they had notified me that plants had been despatched to my home whilst I was away. Their response was brilliant. They contacted the courier and ensured the plants were returned to them. Throughout, they came across as unflustered, caring and utterly professional. Was recommended this place and so glad we visited. I had large breakfast so yummy. Very nice coffee not instant. Choc cake for pud served with squirty cream. Lovely attentive friendly guys serving

I received my four plants (shrubs) yesterday two days after ordering. I was quite disappointed with the two photinias I received. I emailed Kelways with photos, apologies were given and a refund was in my account within hours. Thank you Liam for impressively prompt, efficient service truly worthy of praise.

Good quality plants. Not keen on the packaging (messy to unpack) but they arrived safely.

I had not bought flowers from Kelways before so I took a risk and ordered some ferns for my new stumpery. They took a few weeks to arrive but came really well packed, the ferns were healthy and a really good size. I got the impression the person who packed them cared about the plants and I have since reordered and they are now on my list of trusted suppliers. I would recommend perusing their website and don't worry about ordering from them.

Had a few bad experiences ordering during lockdown, but the peonies I ordered from Kelways were first class: packed with great care and well-established so that they produced blooms within a month of planting out. I will definitely be ordering again.
