Tilstandsrapport nightmare, avoid if possible.
I needed a Tilstandsrapport and through 3byggetilbud.dk I got Kelstrupgaard recommended.
The Tilstandsrapport that was done by Allan Danielsen was a nightmare. Many K3's were double counted, things from the previous report (done 1 year ago were copied, eventhough they had been repaired them), when he needed to provide documentation from the formal complaint, he used pictures from a different place that didnt match what he had written, he didnt apply the same criterion to same failures, some K3's should have been K1/K0, etc.
I had my house checked by other certified previous HE-konsulenter who couldnt agree with many of his K3's and K2's.
Currently I am pending the official response from the "klagenævn for tilstandsrapport". I will make a new Tilstandsrapport as it is having a big impact on the house sell.
This company might be a VVS company + Ingeniør, but I would never recommend them to make a Tilstandsrapport.
