Excellent service

(I’d like to leave a review for Liam Roberts, Outreach Engineer at the Kelly Group)
After reporting a fault with Vodafone yesterday, I was advised that an engineer would attend on Friday. I therefore wasn’t expecting such a quick response, so I was very pleasantly surprised when Liam arrived today to resolve the issue. Liam was professional, courteous, and efficient. He quickly identified and fixed the fault, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to receive such prompt and high-quality service.

jayson was very polite respectful and professional , he did everything to find the faults and fixed them in a timely manner. he also made sure everything was working correctly before leaving and made sure everything was put back in place and left everything tidy

Had a young guy (Brendon Lee) come over…

Had a young guy (Brendon Lee) come over to check out a fault, firstly he went out of his way to accommodate my timings due to my work commitments which would have upset his work schedule for the day, and secondly he was professional and meticulous in what he did by way of fault finding and then resolving the problem: a credit to his company for sure. Thank you.

Charlie was polite and knowledgeable

Charlie was polite and knowledgeable. He check again the internal connection then walked the the length of the line from the junction to our home. He found some points of degradation and fixed them. All now works just fine and the performance is back where it should be.
