My emails were answered quickly and the suggestions were constructive.
I purchased a new unit and I was given clear instructions on how to return the old unit for a contribution to my new one.

Straight forward purchase. They kindly gave me the discount after I'd bought the product, as I hadn't seen the offer before ordering.

I had a Hysterectomy & Prolapse repair after a long wait on the NHS only to have the prolapse fail after a few months & waiting re referral. No help with physio at hospital apparently they don't on this now but I still pursued, I needed to strengthen my abdominals as they were very weak, my gp wont fit a pessary ring till the hospital has seen me which will be however long, so i searched for abdominal machines & came across the Kegel8 Ultra 20, the reviews were great & I learnt quite abit of information on how others had suffered & how well this has worked for them, so I purchased & never looked back. The support & advice goes well beyond what you could ask for, I'm profoundly deaf so email is my only option & the girls reply back with a few hours which is fantastic. A special thank you to Fiona! After 5 weeks of using I've only had a couple of 'leaks' when I've coughed or sneezed & I feel I can actually manage without a pessary ring, I feel quite comfortable, don't get as tired & can walk further! Yes I agree with others the manual that comes with it can be abit complicated so I emailed the support ladies, Informed them of my situation & they kindly worked out a program to suit me & sent me a better site that explains all alot better than the manual. Def recommend!!

There was good advice on the live chat. I used a voucher to get a discount on the new Kegel. I emailed to ask for help on the right programme and was sent a link and the right advice. I hadn’t found this online before.
It’s early days in the use of the new Kegel but hoping for good results.
I bought the Jade pink sponge but I really don’t like it. I will ask advice about that from Kegel.

Haven't used the product yet, but I thought the information on your site was poor. I thought I was ordering a selection of sizes - instead just one item arrived. Also it mentions the item can be laundered, following the instructions included. No instructions were included. I emailed for some instructions but not had a reply. Poor customer engagement.

I wrote to contact centre for two times and didnt get any response. The god is being sent back, because I wasnt informed that extra taxes are not included to the price ant I have no information if my money will be refunded.

Absolutely no customer service at all.
Send your emails to not leave reviews and come to them directly then still not reply and then send another reminder to leave a review!

I reside in South Africa and recently ordered products from Kegel8. Unfortunately, the South African border authority prevented the delivery, and the products had to be returned to Kegel8 in the UK for a refund. I have had my Kegel machine just over a year now after being diagnosed with a bladder prolapse at 36 years old. The machine is absolutely fab and been really pleased with the results. Had a few problems lately which alot has been through fault of my own trying different things before seeking advice. But the advice and after care i’ve had when I have emailed over the past year have been excellent from multiple people from Kegel. I should have just sought advice before trying different things as their response rate is fab. I usually get a response later that day or the following day. Lauren has been fab at answering all my questions and digging abit deeper asking me questions to discover i’ve had my ma’s set too high. As a result of a few days back and fourth emailing we spoke one the phone today and she has set me on a plan. I’ve come away feeling more confident and reassured with a plan in place. Thankyou Kegel. I can’t recommend the product and the aftercare service enough to people.

I stupidly didnt add the discount code when i purchased my item. I contacted cust services and within hours, without a quibble, i received the refund for the difference into my account.
