Product leaked badly - would not recommend

Product leaked badly. Had to send the company a video to prove it. Was sent replacement lid which leaked badly. Had to send another video to prove it. Had to send product back and wait for the company to test it before would refund which took over two weeks to give me. Would only refund my postage with photo of receipt.
Would NEVER recommend the product or the customer service, which was generic and patronising.

I love the cups

I love the cups, after having a cupboard of random travel cups these are much better than the alternatives. Sustainable too!

cup-lid mismatches in order

I did have some trouble with ordering un-matching products. The tops and corks of the Small don't match the cups of the other sizes and I mixed them up, requiring reordering. Postage started to add up.
Having the website highlight the mis-match would be ultra friendly and improve the customer experience. Obviously, the customer would have to override it as they actually may need a cup of one size and a lid for another size.

Leaks every time

It's a shame because initially this cup was great but it is not a long lasting product.

I only use it for my morning coffee on a long road trip. Therefore I have only used it a handful of times. Infuriatingly the cup has started dripping whenever I take a sip, meaning a ruined shirt or top.

Don't buy!

Disappointed …

Had been so looking forward to my new keepcups after using some for many years. Traveller model plug doesnt fit in hole and keeps popping up. although it is still leakproof for now, it looks funny, i dont think it is meant to do that. At first we could not even get it the lid to turn so tight was it. Two the same plastic splashproof cups just different colours have different type lids. Took multiple hard pushing into hole to make plug fit into hole of one as if either plug too big or hole too small. But hubbie got that working eventually with some brute force and is pretty splashproof. The other cup, same model different colour, has a different type lid (older style, i guess they need to get rid of old stock) and is not nearly as splashproof, with water running out if tipped to side. Keepcup defending that it is only splashproof not leakproof. They have not responded why our 2 identical model cups have 2 different lids. Their solution is for us to courier back (international courier) and they will have a look and refund cup and courier of they decide is faulty. This was all too hard for such expensive cups. Our aim was to be happy to pay a premium price to get good quality stuff hassle free (we hate the temu etc throwaway stuff). Not achieved.

I am so confused about keepcup reply. Are you saying you are sending us a new lid for traveller? We havent received anything. Also still no reply or comment about other cups. So we got 2 good cups for the price of 4. And endless discussion and emails. Just send new lids to repace the faulty ones. We actually really want the cups, we dont want money back!

Experience has been beyond poor

Experience has been beyond poor. Spent over a month trying to get a replacement for my faulty product and ending up being asked to pay $70CAD in duties and fees upon arrival. Keepcup advised there was an error in placing the order and have reissued another replacement so I dont have to pay the duties and fees.

Second time around - just got a notice from UPS having to pay $60CAD in duties and fees. They just can't seem to get it right.

Email sent asking for update and next steps, almost 2 business days with no response.

Leaky cup

Unfortunately my travel cup leaked so not suitable for travel. My order included replacement parts for other keep cups. Items were expensive and took a while to arrive.

Cup leaks!

Agree with the below review, this cup leaks a lot which is disappointing for an expensive cup. I got in touch with customer services and the agent Daisy said I cannot return the faulty cup for a new one. The only option is that she can send me out a replacement cap and I have to test whether that works. In addition when I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager she said there isn’t one. I find it hard to believe there is no escalation point. Highly disappointed by the customer service!
