Miserable experience

Turned up on a miserable rainy day to be greeted by an equally miserable individual. I showed a lot of interest in a particular bike but the presumably sales person couldn't even be bothered to leave his desk to chat to me I asked if I would be able to trade in my present bike and was told they are taking in no trade ins what ever it was (would be helpful if they updated the website saying as much) at this point I left . My advise is don't waste your time with this shop there's plenty of friendly nice to deal with bike shops

Dream new bike and a dreamy buying experience

Picked up my dream Guzzi today and the whole experience was brilliant. The bike was spotlessly clean and in fact all of the bikes in the showroom looked tip top unlike some other places I've visited. Never any pressure sales tactics and always happy to spend the time going through questions even when you ring up several times to talk about the same bike on a day! I ordered over the phone and paid a deposit, and they were very clear and careful to point out that the deposit was non refundable which I expected anyway. They also gave me good advice about my current bike which has made me rethink trading it in and keeping it for a few more months. Both of the blokes in the store were very friendly and happy to have a chat even on a busy Saturday. Kev showed me all the features of my new bike and talked through all the paperwork. Never rushed, it felt like we had all the time in the world to make sure I was comfortable and understood the process and the bike. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new bike and would have no hesitation in going back there in the future.

Drove 3 hours for nothing, rude inexperienced dealers.

Drove 3 hours for nothing, extremely rude staff, wish I read the reviews before! Called them 3 times for queries, and then before I left I said me and my father would be down at 1 & 1:30 and they agreed to hold it. Upon arrival we were looking at the bike and a customer who had the keys said he booked to come down yesterday too and bought it. The blame was immediately shifted onto me ‘we don’t keep phone numbers, you was late’

They didn’t ask about the showroom, my father was in from there 1:15 checking out the bike.

I didn’t get any phone calls, neither did they look round the showroom. They just chucked this guy on the bike and said well he said 1pm which I didn’t I said between 1-1:30 for the both of us to arrive.

After explaining this to them the response was ‘sorry you missed your time’ as he was laughing. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Moral of the story, these clowns just wanted to shift the blame onto the customer for being greedy and double booking. Go somewhere else.

Don’t forget about the £20 test ride fee!

Thanks keep biking, for wasting 3 hours of my time, 3 phone calls.

Superb after sales.

I have had a few motorcycles from these guys. always straight forward and to the point. bought a 24 year old Fireblade from them a month ago and totally over the moon with it. I had a problem after a few hundred miles with the charging system, they fixed it for me with no quibble with a new regulator/rectifier. no one could have foreseen this fault. They even went further and fitted a new battery for me too all within the warranty.

I am very happy with the bike and the after sale service.

well done again keep biking!

I feel Cheated by Unfair Charging

Having recently dealt with this company my advice would be steer well clear. Having agreed a price on a bike unseen, (Internet purchase) and leaving a £200 deposit I was advised by a friend to look at their reviews on Trustpilot (which due to laptop problem I had been unable to do earlier) later after having done so and reading the frankly dreadful reviews' I decided not to go ahead with the purchase and lost my £200 even though they had this money for less than 24 hours and at no time was I verbally advised my deposit was non refundable this was printed on an e mail receipt which I received after they had my money, even allowing for a relisting fee I would have thought a charge of say £50 would have been much fairer. Read the reviews and you decide?

Happy with the business

I have just acquired the bike from them. Decent customer service. They guided me through the entire process and explained all the steps and paperwork. All went smooth and no issues whatsoever. Bikes not overpriced IMO and I got a fair price for my trade in. Overall, very happy with the business. 20 quid for the test ride paid back when you make the deal. I understand it's the cost of cleaning the bike before the next customer (but don't forget to ask and remind them). I had contacted other dealers and some of them stopped test rides altogether!

Stay clear..

Stay clear... bought a 9K Harley and it broke down on the side of the motorway after a 2 hour journey there and 2 hour journey home! They had a driver dropping off another bike in Essex on the following day and picked up the bike and fixed the clutch problem. That same day the bike was returned. The bike was never detailed before I picked it up and one of the bulbs on the head lights didn’t work correctly. I was so into buying my dream bike I overlooked these issues. On the 2nd day of owning the bike I was entering my garage and found a snapped bolt. I looked over the bike but couldn’t find where it was from. Fast forward one and a half weekend. The front of the bike started making a rattling noise, there it was the bolt has snapped on the day of arrival leaving only one nut now holding the exhaust into the manifold. I kept the snapped threaded bolt just in case. Lucky I did, as it was the reason that the nut came loose from the opposite side. I have been on the phone to Tony who’s extremely rude and unprofessional and pointing the blame to me.... This is not part of the warranty and I’ll now have a bill of £420 off a Harley dealership to sort it out properly.. STAY CLEAR and visit a proper dealership who actually care for there clients.

Ladies beware!!

Went to Brackley for lunch and decided to pop in and see what they had in the shop (this is not my first experience with this place). I was challenged for not wearing a mask - I am exempt which I explained - they were open for business and the shop was empty. I was not in leathers, riding my Fireblade or a 'fella'!! My friend and I were asked to leave. Needless to say I will be taking the money burning a hole in my pocket to be spent on a bike elsewhere. Ladies beware, it seems we are not welcome here 😠

Bought a Ninja 300 from here a year ago…

Bought a Ninja 300 from here a year ago for around £2200? High mileage (19k) but incredibly well looked after for a 2015 plate. It's still going strong and I'm still very happy with the purchase.

There is a £20 test ride fee which I was aware of as they made it clear on the ad, but it might catch people out who aren't aware

Spend first, examine and look later.

Did not answer the phone in the middle of a working day so I left a message. I did get a call back and arranged to view the bike and then was told that there was a (£20) charge if I wanted to test ride the bike - (the owner's 'beef' apparently)... I can understand wanting to put off 'joy riders' but this stuck in my craw as a few intelligent questions could deal with that particular issue to see if a potential buyer is serious...I was going to be driving 50 miles to come and take a look at the bike...not cool.
